In the heart of a lush forest, where sunlight dappled the ground and the scent of flowering herbs danced in the air, two flame-bending winged cats soared gracefully through the skies.

Lupine Song, an elegant she-cat whose pelt was a swirl of white and flaming ginger hues, had wings that shimmered like the setting sun and a demeanor that commanded respect.

Beside her flew Amber Fang, her dear little brother whose vibrant cream and white coat were calmer compared to the flames he could conjure at will. Though he idolised her, he often found himself struggling to keep up with his sister's abilities.

As they explored the heights of the new realm, Lupine Song and Amber Fang stumbled upon a glimmering meadow thirsting beneath the colourful rays of sunset.

They swooped down, intrigued by the captivating sight, only to have their breath taken away by what awaited them. Literally. And it was not in a good way.

Beneath a grove of pastel-pink cherry blossom trees, a tribe of cats danced and giggled, their coat colours a cacophony of muted pinks and blues, with eyes large and glittering like gems.

Each feline was adorned with oversized bows, sparkling trinkets, and ridiculous patterns that seemed designed to catch the softest of hearts—or drown them in saccharine.

In the meadow frolicked the Cookie's Cradle, a clade of cats so cutesy and overly designed they looked as though they had leapt straight from the pages of a child's storybook. They had established themselves in the glade—shining brightly in shades of sickly sweet pastels.

Their fur was decorated with the most absurdly exaggerated patterns: hearts, bows, and sparkles adorned each and every one. Each feline was a pastel rainbow of colours—pinks, blues, lilacs, and yellows swirling into frills and ribbons that clung to them like freshly bloomed flowers.

One cat sported disproportionately large sparkly eyes, another had an oversized round head, and yet another was so small it seemed almost more a plush toy than a creature of the wild.

"Oh! Hyaa~! I'm so smol and cute! UwU," chirped a tiny pastel yellow kitten with a heart-shaped nose, its voice high-pitched and melodious, like the tinkling of a wind chime.

Lupine Song's wings recoiled slightly. "What the flying fuck is this?" she muttered, brow arching in disbelief.

Amber Fang, simulate to his sister, was wide-eyed with disbelief and confusion. "They're so... unique," he remarked, practically shrinking back with wariness.

"Are they? Or are they just... exaggerated?" Lupine Song mused softly, watching as the pastel cats rolled playfully across the flower-laden grass, their giggles floating through the air like bubbles.

Suddenly, another pastel cat with oversized ears tripped over its own fluffy tail and landed in a pile of daisies. "Oopsie-daisy! I'm so clumsy, haha! UwU!" it squeaked, sending rippling waves of cute into the air that made Amber Fang want to retch.

The leader of the troupe, a tiny pink ball of fluff with oversized eyes, sported a bright blue bow atop her head and squealed, "Hewwo, evewyone! We'we just the cutest wittle kitties in the whole wide wowld! UwU!"

Amber Fang made overly exaggerated gagging motions while Lupine Song remained aloof, watching with an unamused expression as her protégé feigned the illness of a sickly Victorian child.

"Oh stars. They're approaching. We've been spotted," Amber Fang gulped, and his sister whispered a thousand curses under her breath in a venomous hiss as the pastel cats approached them.
