I know that it is cannon that Alastor is asexual, but I decided to make him gay and have him put into some sexual scenes. Now that does not mean that this chapter will include said scenes, then again who knows where the imagination can take us. enjoy the chapter :)

We get to the party, and everyone is looking decent. Hell, even Angel dressed up for the occasion. Well, sort of, he still is showing a lot of skin but is mostly covered up. I don't recognize anyone besides Charlie's friends. Husk is working of course making sure the bar is never going dry.
Nifty is making sure everyone uses coasters and wiping their feet before they step inside the hotel. Which is nice because then all the sex and death that everyone steps in to get to work or home, will stay outside where it belongs.
I realize I am still clung on to Alastor's arm and unlatched myself. He notices this and kind of frowns in a way. I just shrug it off as him being his usual self. Besides, why should I make him feel good in any way? Since the day I arrived at this place he has done nothing but patronize me.
"I'm going to go and try and find Charlie" I say walking away
He gave no response, just simply shoos me away as if to give me permission. I am the fucking king of hell, I do not and never will not need his permission. I walk over to the bar where I find Vaggie sipping on a gin and tonic and Charlie drinking a Bloody Mary.
"Hey ladies, you are looking ravishing this evening" I say with a smile
"Aw thank you dad, vaggie helped choose my outfit" says Charlie
"Thank you, sir," Vaggie replies
"Vaggie, we are practically family on the count of you being with my little princess, you don't need to call me sir" I say
"I'll try not to lucifer" vaggie says
I nod in response and notice Charlie is just sitting here eagerly looking around. "Sweetie, I don't mean to pry but I can't help but, notice that you are just sitting here and watching everyone, when you should be greeting your guests and recruiting new members" I say while my arms are crossed
"Right well I was just about to go and ask that couple over there" Charlie exclaims
"Then off you go now" I say pushing her that way
I walk back over to Alastor. I feel a bit bad for leaving him all alone in a place he knows no one.
"I'm back, I hope you didn't miss my presence too much deer" I say with a smirk
"It was quite boring without your constant jabbering" Alastor says
"Right well, not like I'm ever going to shut up, so you're in luck with that department" I say
Alastor holds his hand out towards me. "Shall we dance your highness?"
"Why the hell not" I say while taking his hand
He leads me to the dance floor where the music is playing some slow classical song. He places his hand on my lower back, and I put my hand on his shoulder. He twirls me around to the music and hums to the beat. We are in sync at this point and I'm having fun in some way.
I close my eyes to enjoy the moment not even taking a second thought of who I am dancing with right now. At this exact moment none of those troubled thoughts matter. All that matters is that I feel so carefree, so light. I wish I could dance like this all night. Sadly, the song ends, and Alastor lets go of me.
At first, I was disappointed in seeing him let my body go. He bows to me. I giggle as he does because no one has ever done that when I danced with them. Then again, it's been such a long time since I have enjoyed a dance with someone, that didn't end in someone else's bed.
"What's so funny Luci" Alastor asks
"Oh, nothing just you are being such a gentleman, it's kind of off putting in a way" I say
"How so?" Alastor asks curiously
"Well, you know it's not how you usually act around me, we often act like we hate each other" I answer
"Oh, I'm sad to hear that" he says
"How come?" I ask puzzled
"I didn't mean to give off the impression that I hated you, I just thought we were teasing each other" he says
" oh well, that wasn't really obvious" I say
"The truth is your highness, I'm actually quite fond of you" he says with a smile while looking into my eyes
