What the radio demon said caught me off guard. Not because he was talking about smiles, that's fucking normal. No what really surprised me was the fact that alastor was actually worried about me.
I was so deep in thought, I didn't even realize Charlie was rambling on about something.
"So what do you think?" Says Charlie
"Uh yeah, sure sweetie anything for you" I reply quickly
"Really? OMG!! That is so great, thank you thank you!!!!" Charlie said with pep in her step.
Wait, what did I just agree too? I just said something, anything to make it look like I was paying attention.
Okay wait remember to breathe, maybe I'm just overthinking. Maybe I agreed to find a band or catering for the party. Maybe it was nothing to worry about.
I think these words, but I barely believe them. I say maybe in such an indecisive manor. Truth is I don't know what I agreed to and I wish I was paying attention instead of thinking about that asshole.
"Luci, troubled in that dashing head of yours again?" Says alastor
"Huh!?" I didn't realize he was right behind me, ughhh can he read my mind every time I think about him?.
"Oh it's you" Lucifer says
"Yes it's me, who else could it be?" Says alastor
"I was hoping for anyone but you right now" Lucifer says
"Oh I thought you would be a little nicer to me, considering I'm gonna be your date to tonight's party" says alastor
"Yeah right, like I would ever play nice with an egotistical jack... Wait your my fucking what!!!!???" Says Lucifer
