Filler Chapter: A Birthday 4 me? (Late)

My birthday is on September 5th i just forgot to publish this.

I stare into into the sunrise as i sat on the stretched out hands of the large Barbatos statue in Mondstadt.

"Ah..no matter how many times i see this view, its still so beautiful."

I take a deep breath, but its immediately interrupted as a random pigeon flew into my face and quickly flying away.

...
"..i should've turned that damned birdy into fried chicken when i had the chance."
I wiped my face with hand and fixed my hair before jumping off the statue and flying around the city.

"Eh..? Whats that?"

I notice a trail of flowers on the ground. Cecelia's and Lamp grass to be specific.

"That seems.. suspicious.."

A fly towards the strange trail of flowers, following it and picking up the flowers. They seemed to lead to.. Angel's Share? Weird.
I shifted the bouquet of Cecilia's and Lamp grass to my other hand and carefully opened the door to the tavern.

It was pitch black when i opened the door, the only source of light coming from the outside.

"..hello..?"

Suddenly, the lights flashed back on, blinding me for a second.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!"

I look forward and see Venti in front of me, instantly embracing me when i made eye contact with him and accidentally dropping the bouquet of flowers onto the floor.
Behind Venti, was Diluc, Jean, Kaeya, Lumine, Klee, Diona, Lisa, and even Zhongli. There were wine bottles, presents, and a cake.

"E-eh? It was my birthday..?"

"You forgot your own birthday?"
Venti asked with a slightly surprised and confused look on his face.

"..Maybeee?"

"Geez you're not even that old yet and you're already forgetful."

"Aren't i always forgetful?"

"Yeah you are. Anyways, did you like the surprise Y/N?"

"Yes! Thank you so much Venti! And the rest of you!"
I hugged him back tightly.

"We don't usually celebrate your birthday, but i wanted this year to be the best one you ever had!"

"You didn't have to do this for me y'know. I was fine without celebrating it-"

"Just enjoy it Y/N! Have fun! I wanna get this started already! I've been holding back for soooo long now trying to not drink all this wine!!"

"Ahaha..go ahead Venti. Don't drink it all though."

"YAYYY!!"

After Venti went to go shove a few drinks down his throat, Klee comes running to me.

"Sister Y/N! Do you want Klee to sing Happy birthday to you? Would you like that? Klee can make you a bomb!"

"O-Oh, i- uh-"

"KLEE! NO EXPLOSIVES!"
I suddenly got cut off by Jean, scolding Klee about using explosives.

As i watched Jean scold Klee, Zhongli walks up behind me, putting a hand on my shoulder.

"Goodness- you scared the crap out of me Zhongli."

"Ahaha, apologies Y/N. Are you enjoying your birth date celebration?"

"Yeah. You helped as well didn't you?"

"Indeed i did."

"Thanks. Also, you should watch over your wife. He's gonna get drunk before you could blink"
I reminded him, pointing at Venti.

"Right. Have fun Y/N"
A slight blush could be seen on his face before going to Venti.

-literally 20 minutes later-

"VENTI! YOU KNOW THAT Y/N IS LIGHTWEIGHT!" Diluc shouted at Venti.

"Ehehe..whoops..?"

Zhongli went behind Venti, gripping his head with his hand.

"Darling. Let's have..a little talk, shall we..?"

"AHH ZHONGLI DON'T DO THAT!! IM SORRRYYY!!"
Venti whined as he was dragged outside of the tavern by Zhongli.

Heyy im not dead. I was bored so i wrote this. Y'all probably gonna ask me when's the next chapter. Its probably not gonna be published anytime soon, unless i actually have the motivation. The way i write has changed so im trying to go back to how i used to write for this fic. I have YouTube channel now. Schools a pain. And im now unfortunately c.ai obsessed.
BUT I DID GET A VENTI COSPLAY 4 MY BDAY

The art was drawn months ago so it may look a lil funky.

See yall in days, weeks, months, idk. A day when i have motivation to write.
