Two days later
At Rafael's mansion, early morning at 4:00 a.m.,
Nick : "No, no, no, no, noooo!"
Raf : "Yes, we should."
Nick : "Raf, we can't take the risk!"
Raf :"But Nick, we don't have any other way. This is the right one."
Nick : "Raf, you're telling me that we should go to the mission alone? What if something happens to us? We need our men."
Raf sighed deeply and said,
Raf : "No, Nick. If you're afraid, then I'll go alone."
Nick : (frustrated ) "Aishh! Who's afraid? About me? Idiot! I'm afraid for you. They will stop at nothing to take your life, Raf!"
Nick tried his best to persuade Raf, but he seemed resolute.
Nick : ( sighed ) "Fine, we'll go."
Raf nodded, and they both stormed out of the mansion in the early morning.
As they stepped out into the darkness, the cool morning air enveloped them.
Nick couldn't shake off the feeling of unease that had been building up inside him.
He glanced at Raf, who was walking beside him with a determined look on his face.
Nick : "Raf, listen to me,"
Nick said, trying to reason with him again.
Nick : "We can't just go in there without a plan. We need to think this through, consider all the possibilities."
Raf didn't respond, his eyes fixed on the path ahead. Nick knew that look all too well - it was the look of someone who had made up their mind and wouldn't be swayed.
As they approached the car, Nick realized that Raf had already made all the arrangements.
The engine was running, and the headlights cast an eerie glow on the surrounding trees.
Raf : "Get in,"
Nick hesitated for a moment before getting into the car. As they drove away from the mansion, he couldn't help but wonder what lay ahead. Had they just made a huge mistake? Only time would tell.
As they drove through the deserted streets, the silence between them grew thicker. Nick's mind was racing with thoughts of the mission and all the things that could go wrong. He glanced at Raf, who was focused on the road ahead, his jaw set in determination.
After what felt like an eternity, Raf spoke up, his voice low and even.
Raf : "We're approaching the location. Get ready."
Nick's heart skipped a beat as he reached for the bag containing their gear. He took a deep breath, mentally preparing himself for what was to come.
As they turned a corner, a nondescript building came into view. Raf pulled up to the entrance, and Nick could feel his pulse racing.
Raf : "Let's do this,"
Nick nodded, and they both stepped out of the car. The cool morning air was replaced by a sense of tension as they made their way towards the entrance.
Without a word, Raf took the lead, his movements swift and precise. Nick followed closely behind, his senses on high alert.
They reached the door, and Raf produced a keycard, swiping it through the reader. The lock clicked open, and they slipped inside.
The darkness enveloped them, and Nick's heart pounded in his chest. They were in.
Nick (Whispered) : "Raf, it's never too late. We can call our men."
Raf silenced him with a sharp
Raf : "Shh! We have to save her."
Nick (sighed) :"All alone?"
Raf : "Shh! Don't be loud, Nick."
Nick sighed again, and they entered the building with guns in hand.
Actually , their mission wasn't an official operation.

Initially, they had planned to take down a gang that had caused them trouble a week ago. The plan was only a mission with that gang. They planned to take a mission a week before and started The arrangements for that.
However, everything changed when an elderly woman arrived at Raf's mansion yesterday, begging him to rescue her kidnapped granddaughter.
The gang responsible for the kidnapping was the same one they had planned to take down.
Raf altered the entire plan, deciding to save the girl first, without alerting the rest of the team. That's why they were alone.
As Raf entered the building, a flashback flooded his mind:
"Please, sir... Save my granddaughter... I'm begging you!" ( the grandma cried, her voice echoing in his mind ) "She was kidnapped in front of me... They attacked me and took her, sir... Please save her, sir... Please!"
Raf sighed and loaded his gun while the flashback rushed over his mind.

At Rafael's mansion
Luna woke up feeling refreshed, stretching her arms and yawning. A small smile appeared on her lips as she thought to herself:
Nick and Raf went in the early morning..
Luna : "I'm so grateful to everyone here, especially Raf. I've never slept this relaxing before."
She sighed, feeling thankful for Raf's protection and support.
Luna : "Thanks to you, Raf, for taking the burden off me."
Just then, her phone buzzed. It was Tessa:
Tessa :"Hey girl, what's up?"
Luna : "I just woke up. What about you?"
Tessa : "Not much, just studying for exams. Enjoying your day off?"
Luna : ( laughed ) Yes..
Tessa : "Heyy..Why did you deny coming with us yesterday?"
Luna's smile faded.
Luna : "Tessa, as you know, I'm living in Raf's mansion. I can't go anywhere without their security team, even to college. Someone always accompanies me."
Tessa understood
Tessa : "Yeah, I get it. But always? You need some free time too. It's like you're trapped."
Luna nodded, feeling a mix of emotions.
Luna : "Yes, I am. But they're helping me a lot, and it's for my own safety. Remember, someone kidnapped me before."
Tessa smiled.
Tessa : "You're so positive, Luna."
Luna ended the call, saying,
Luna : "Okay, catch up with you soon. I need to take a bath."
As the call ended, Luna sighed and headed to the bathroom.
