I woke up the next morning. I have no idea what happened yesterday. All I know is that Martin has made me the happiest girl on earth. I turn around and noticed that it was already ten o' clock. I was late for school.

'Shoot this can't be happening! My parents are going to kill me!'

I was so baffled I put on the clothes I wore yesterday and ran downstairs. As I was rushing out I noticed a piece of paper on the counter.

Nini, me and your father will be on a business trip for the whole weekend. We are sorry it's on such a short notice. There's money on the fridge.

This was my lucky day I could stay home and no one will know. I undressed and binge watched Marvel movies all day. Eventually I got bored so I started to work on my music. I couldn't come up with anything all day and I was really starting to get frustrated. I grabbed my phone and called up Martin.

N: 'Hey Martin! How are you?'

M:'Hey! I'm fine thanks. I didn't see you at school today. Guess someone over slept!'

N: 'Yeah. Hey listen I was trying to work on some music but I literally can't come up with anything. Can you help me?'

M: 'Sure. Listen I have the house all to myself for the rest of the day, do you want to come by and work on your music?'

N: 'Sure I'd love that, see you in a few!'

M: 'See ya!'

I was so nervous. What if I mess up, what if I lost my touch, what if I lose my contract? I was getting so distracted by these questions that I was going to be late. I bolted to the bathroom, got a shower, wore my jeans and my hoodie and grabbed my headphones, my laptop and my glasses. I grabbed my penny board and skated down to Martin's house. He had sent me the address early, but I never imagined such a huge house. I rang the bell and I was greeted by Martin with a huge smile on his face. He pulled me inside and suddenly I forgot all about those haunting questions. He took me to the kitchen and there to my surprise...
