Some things are too important

The next morning I woke up with a huge smile plastered on my face. Memories of the previous night were over powering my thoughts.

I started roaming around Martin's room. The walls where white and the interior was mostly black. His room was mostly filled with CD's and DJ equipment scattered all over.

As I started to make my way downstairs I could hear several voices talking. I could not believe what I was witnessing. In the living room I could see Ellie and Martin's mother. I stopped on the edge of the stairs and hid as best as I could.

E: Trust me Mrs. Garrix, Naomi is using him. She just wanted that contract and now she will just throw Martin away and I just hate the idea of having your beautiful son just thrown away like that.

MG: Oh! Naomi looked like a lovely girl, I had no idea.

Rage started to bubble inside me, I could not take it anymore, but as I was going to confront them I heard a door open. It was Martin entering the living room. He actually looked surprised to see Ellie.

M: What are you doing here?

E: Well, how rude. I just came here to talk to your lovely mother.

MG: Martin, I want you to stop talking to Naomi.

M: What! Why?

MG: I have my reasons.

M: But I...

MG: If I hear one more word about her the DJ shenanigans are over.

I knew how important all this was for Martin, so before Martin would remember that I slept at his house, I made my way out the back door and decided to forget all about Martin Garrix, the boy of my dreams.
