"Did you really have to do that Tae?!" Jimin groaned as he ruffled Taehyung's hair in frustration , a little annoyed look clearly visible on his delicate features while he sat beside his best friend in the canteen. All of them seated in their usual spot.

"Yeah , bogum is the captain of ENU's current basketball team. He's good. I've seen him play , not as good as Jungkook but yeah." Yoongi said , everyone already knew he was the former captain of the team but dropped the captaincy as he needed to focus on his studies , his final year approaching soon.

"Aha about that , Taehyung is definitely better than bogum-" Jimin started but was interrupted by Taehyung whose curiosity peaked at the information of Jungkook being good at basketball.

"What- kook you play basketball too? But why have I never seen you play on the court then?!" Taehyung asked and Jungkook sighed before answering.

"I used to play when yoongi hyung was the captain , ever since he dropped and bogum took over he always kept me on standby and never let me play. Saying I don't deserve it and all." Jungkook said and he could see taehyung clenching his jaw , the flashback of earlier angered taehyung in the class flashed through his eyes.

"One more reason to win then." Taehyung said and this time Jimin patted his back.

"Yeah you're definitely winning." Jimin said and hoseok clapped his hands agreeing.

"So yoongi hyung , mind having some personal training sesh with me today? I can get a golden pass can't I?" Taehyung asked as he teased yoongi a bit in the process, making the older chuckle and everyone looked amused because THE MIN YOONGI chuckled. Well of course he did , it was Taehyung afterall.

"Sure , taehyung. After the last class we can just go to my home , I have a personal basketball court in the backyard." Yoongi said and hoseok smiled , too excited to tag along.

"You're coming too right kook?" Taehyung asked the ravenette who sighed sadly.

"I wish I could but the head of my art club organized a meeting today for the upcoming university fest. I might need to attend this. But if you want I can always cancel." Jungkook said already planning to cancel in his head , being with Taehyung is more important.

"Wait- you're in an art club? I didn't know?"

Taehyung asked , his expressions confused and everyone looked at Jungkook who was caught off-guard.

"well-what can I say , I didn't knew you played basketball ball either." Taehyung said his voice a little down and Jungkook understood that Taehyung was questioning himself , if the ravenette even trusted him enough.

"Tae-"

"It's alright kook , I understand. Anyways , guys I'll get going and yoongi hyung please text me whenever we're leaving."

With that Taehyung stood up giving everyone a little hand wave and Jimin a head nod , signaling the other to join him later on as well.

Jungkook stood up as well ready to follow taehyung but the blue haid just simply shook his head indicating to not do what he was about to which left Jungkook perplexed at his place while he watched taehyung's figure fade in the corridors.

"Well done Jungkook , looks like you have upset taehyung. And believe me, upset taehyung is a no no. You'll feel so guilty that you would wanna jump from a cliff." Jimin commented as he took his bag and left the area while telling everyone to catch up later.

Every single one of them gave ravenette some worried looks before exiting until there was only namjoon left.

"Don't worry Jungkook. Just talk it out okay? I'm sure he'll understand your reason. Remember communication is the key." With that the older took his leave and jungkook was left alone with a throb in his heart.
