Months after her encounter with Jayz, her perspective on life changed. Things were moving too slowly for her liking. The people around her were far too sensitive. Lyndell began to annoy the living crap out of her and Michael became too lame for her.

Jay introduced her to a feeling she'd been missing all her life. The excitement. She'd be lying if she said she didn't become an adrenaline junkie. She enjoyed doing reckless things, knowing Jayz had a perfect team that cleaned up things in the media and made them look good. She enjoyed the invincibility he provided. Now, everyone respected her. She no longer had to deal with tech teams villainizing her or not listening to her. In fact, Jayz dared them to say or do anything sideways.

She began receiving queen treatment from the world, which was something she wasn't used to. All of this was all she ever wanted, so she was willing to accept all the things Jay put her through behind closed doors. The doors were closed for a reason, it didn't matter. Jayz told her you win some, you lose some, so what's a black eye to a sold-out world tour?

Cameras flashed as Beyoncé walked out of the building with black shades on and Jayz stumbled closely behind her. Her head stayed glued to the floor as the paparazzi begged her to look up and smile or give them something, anything.

"Hi... Hello... Hey..." she greeted those who simply said hello to her first, giving a small smile and a wave causing the flashes to become blinding.

"BEYONCÉ HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT LATAVIA GOING SOLO WHILE STILL TECHNICALLY IN DESTINY'S CHILD?"

"BEYONCÉ HAVE YOU HEARD THE NEWS OF A POTENTIAL SOLO ALBUM FROM MICHAEL JACKSON? COULD YOU TELL US ABOUT IT?"

Beyoncé chuckled at the questions she was being asked. "When yall gone ask me questions about Beyoncè? I don't know anything about what the next person got going on." She asked, thankful for her shades because the look she was giving them wasn't pretty. The corner crease of her upper lip showed some of her irritation.

Jayz grabbed her forearm, urging her to keep walking instead of engaging with the paparazzi. She tried to pry his fingers off, but he slickly wrapped his arms around her waist from behind and forced her to walk forward. From the pap's point of view, he just entangled himself in her warm embrace lovingly, but that certainly was not the case.

"BEYONCÉ, ARE YOU REALLY KICKING OUT TWO OF THE ORIGINAL DESTINY's CHILD MEMBERS?"

"ARE YOU AND JAYZ MARRIED?"

"BEYONCÉ HOW DO YOU HAVE SO MUCH ENERGY ON STAGE!"

Jayz didn't give her a chance to even look back at the crowd as he practically carried her to their ride. His bodyguard opened the door, and Jay sat Beyoncé securely on one side before jogging to the other. Once they were both in the car, the car pulled off allowing them to successfully escape from the growing crowd. "It's hot" Beyoncé complained, leaving back with an unimpressed look and her hands folded in her lap. Jayz stared at her in annoyance before telling the driver to turn up the air.
