Hey, my lovelies! I got a lengthy one for y'all. And there will be a second part. Happy reading! Enjoy! 😘
Long-distance relationships are hard work, and the distance between friends seemed to be even tougher. At least it was for Fantasia and Taraji. Especially since they had become so used to being involved in each other's everyday lives. But mostly because they both secretly wanted their friendship to be so much more. Now living in two different states had them going through withdrawals.
Fantasia had reined in her feelings for Taraji after being shot down, but those feelings didn't just disappear. She would always love the older woman. But she pushed her feelings deep down and started going on a bunch of blind dates. It was how she coped. Taraji, on the other hand, didn't know how strong her feelings for Fantasia were until she moved away. She missed their closeness. The distance she had to put between them was taking a toll on her. But she focused on reviving her career to lessen the ache she felt.
Fantasia often went on dates, but she sabotaged them. Taraji didn't even try to date; she didn't think anyone other than Fantasia was worth her time. The two women wanted to be together, but they dared not speak that out loud. The distance was deafening at times. It was maddening. But they had a good thing going, and neither woman wanted to ruin it.
They couldn't lose what they had built together. A friendship—one based on give and take. Neither one of them ever tried to take more than she gave. They had a bond they refused to break just to have a fling. A good fuck. Oh yes, it would definitely be good. Magical even. But they kept each other grounded. So, those thunderous roars of them being anything more than friends were pushed away.
~~~~~It was another routine Friday evening for them. "Damn, I look good." Fantasia said as she stared at herself in the mirror. Taraji rolled her eyes. She was happy Fantasia couldn't see her. She wouldn't be able to hide her envy. "What are you wearing?" Taraji asked hesitantly. She wasn't certain if she really wanted to know the answer.
She knew Fantasia was an absolute knockout in anything she wore. From pajamas to workout clothes, the sight of her friend never disappointed. But she wished Fantasia would tone down the sexy for these blind dates of hers. They didn't deserve the total package. Taraji selfishly wanted that reserved for her eyes only.She knew Fantasia's form by heart—all 5’7 of her. She knew the fullness of her lips, the curves of her breasts, and the perfect way that her ass sat up in those tight pencil skirts she wore. Taraji may just be figuring out that she was in love with Fantasia, but she couldn't deny that she had been attracted to her since the day they met. After all, she wasn’t blind, and someone would have to be both blind and stupid not to notice Fantasia's beauty.
Fantasia was stunning, and her sassiness made Taraji grow wet between the legs. So much for just friendship. Friends don’t make friends feel this way. "Taraji, are you listening to me? What are you over there thinking about? You! Taraji screamed it inside her head, but she didn’t let the word part from her lips. Fantasia had described her outfit from head to toe, but Taraji didn’t hear a word of it. She was too caught up in the thoughts playing in her head.
