Cindy opened her eyes. She found herself in her room laying on the bed. She tried to get up but a stinging pain run through her head, her head goes back to the pillow. She tried recall what happened few hours ago but all she can remember was she bumped into someone but she wasn't able to recognise whether it was a man or woman. When she was into her thoughts, "knock, knock", she sat on her bed and said "y..e..a..h". Door opened, revealing the man who kidnapped her. He came near her and said, "are you okay? I got to know that you fainted". She replied, "yes im fine." He said, " Get up and lets have our dinner, we'll have a conversation after dinner." She nodded. The man left the place, soon after Cindy followed him to the dining area.
They were sitting on the dining table and she said, "Wow, stew! My favourite", soon she realised she shouldn't have said that. Her thoughts,"C'mon Cindy you have been kidnapped; but wait, it doesn't feel like that." Her thoughts were interrupted when the man said, "yes i know it's your favourite."
"But.. how do you know?". "I...j..ust...know.." he was interrupted by Cindy,"I'm asking how do you know?". He said with a serious tone and staring eyes, "Have your dinner right now!".
Just when they were having their meal, strange voices coming from outside, "arghhhh....arghhhhh....arr..". A staff came running towards them,"Sir..Sir.. they are here..". "Who?" The man replied. "Sir Mr. Will's shooters, they are here to take 'her' as you know Mr. Will thinks that you have.." He was interrupted, "okay okay I got it."
The man got up from his seat and shouted, "Grace...Lia...Anna..Danny...John...Sam come here fast." They all came in, and said "yes sir". The man ordered them to go to Cindy's room with her and take knife, gun, and rods with them, he told them not to come out until he is there and if someone else barged in kill them but save Cindy at all cost. Cindy was shocked by the incidences that were happening from the last 48-72 hours.Her eyes got watery, she wasn't able to understand what was happening afterall she was only thirteen. He looked at the shivering Cindy and said, "Don't worry i will not let anything happen to you." Cindy ," what is happening?" A tear drop left her eyes. He said while wiping her tears,"right now, just know that they are not good people, but im here to save you at all cost, i don't care if something happens to me as long as you are safe i don't want anything else." When the man was about to leave and signal his staff to take her to her room, Cindy holds his hand and said, "I don't know what is the connection between us, I don't know why im feeling safe around you I don't know why everything feels familiar to me, I really don't know why im feeling this way even when you are my 'Kidnapper', i want to say please take care of yourself, and come back safely." The man's eyes got watery but he didn't want to show it to her, he just nodded and gave signal to her staffs.When the staffs were taking Cindy to her room, suddenly he stopped and run towards Cindy. He took out his watch and gave it to Cindy and said, "Never put this watch away from yourself, keep it with you always." And they both walk in different directions.
Now Cindy was in her room, her condition can be described as she was shivering as she can face her death any moment. Even though the man said she will not let anything happen to her but how can she trust her blindly, but she is also feeling safe next to him, she is not able to understand what is actually happening.
She is in MENTAL DISASTER.
When she was in her thoughts, Grace came near her and put her hand on Cindy's. "Don't worry we are here to protect, we have gone through a very hard training. And the man who gave you this watch will really never gonna let anything bad happen to you. Trust him."
"How can i trust him? He is a kidnapper and he is behaving like he is not." Cindy said.
"Because he is not." Grace said
"Wh..aaa..ttt? What did you just said?"
"GRACE!!!! WHAT ARE YOU SAYING? STOP IT RIGHT THERE. YOU WANT TO BE A DEAD MEAT?" John shouted , raising his both eyebrows.
"Oh..y..e..a..h.......y..e..ah...yeah.. I'm sorry.. it's nothing Cindy it's nothing i was just babbling." Grace said with a worried tone.
Just when Cindy was about to say something, sound of shooting started " bang bang bangbang! Bang bang bang!!!!" , people shouting at a distane, "kill them kill them all."
Anna came near Cindy and asked, "do you need someone to whom you can hug right now ?"
Cindy, "Can you be that someone?" Tears leaving her eyes.
Anna sit near her and Cindy hugged her so tightly. She feels a little calm.
The whole night was a disaster.
It was 3:45am, suddenly Cindy's eyes got opened, she saw everyone around her sleeping. There was no shooting or shouting sound. It was complete pin drop silence. She decided to take a peek outside the door. She walked slowly towards it and opened it silently.
The view infront of her was shocking, the whole floor was covered with blood, tons of dead bodies lying on the floor. She wasn't able to handle all this she quickly closed the door and came back to her previous spot. She was breathing heavily. She saw Anna near her. She hugged her tightly. The view of blood was constantly coming in her mind. She wasn't able to sleep again. It took her almost 1.5 hours to sleep again.
It was 7:30am, everyone was sitting and thinking what's going on outside. It was complete silence. And there suddenly
"KNOCK, KNOCK,KNOCK,KNOCK!!"
who was it? Kidnapper? Mr. Will's shooter? Police? Or someone else?
