Unexpected : Series Of Incidence

CHAPTER -11 VANISHED

Now Annie was at Cindy’s place. Annie was feeling free. 
“sisi can I go in the garden and play with Chase bro?” Annie asked “yeah sure.” Cindy said.
Cindy was in stress. She wasn’t able to find the truth. She was thinking about the book and the other moment she was thinking about the pictures and the other moment she was thinking about the letter ‘D’. She wanted to find the connection in between these but she wasn’t able to.
“ Cindy? What happened? Why are you looking so stressed?” Kevin asked
“oh Kevin bro..please come here I need your help. See…we don’t know the language of this book , how are we going to find out what’s written on it? And these pictures , I’m not able to understand why were they there?. And now this new thing the letter ‘D’ at the back of Annie’s photos. I’m not getting any clue to find the connection between them. Please help.” Cindy said all tensed up
“ Ok Cindy calm down girl. You need to think calmly. Well did you see Annie is so happy here. It feels like she is feeling free.” Kevin said
“ yeah she is really very happy. Bro I have to find the truth before she get back to that house.” Cindy said
“Okay okay show me everything you have.” Kevin said
Cindy put everything in front of him. He was analysing each and everything.
“Cindy you told me that her father used to beat her whenever she call him father. What if he is not his father? what if this letter ‘D’ is  related to Annie, maybe her mom or dad or brother or sister or uncle or aunt? What if it is related to her birth place? Or there is a place in her home with a letter ‘D’. Kevin said “Ahhh Kevin bro you are making it more complicated.” Cindy said.
“okay okay calm down. Go and walk for a while and think about after you feel fresh.”  Kevin said
“I think you are right. I need some fresh air to think.” Cindy said
She came out of her room and went to the garden where Annie was playing. She was watching her. Cindy was feeling so happy while watching Annie having good time. And then suddenly an idea pop in her mind.
She ran back to find Kevin. And there she saw him talking to Carl.
“KEVin….bro….huh huh huh…i….” Cindy said while trying to catch some air
“ calm down what happened? Why are you running. First calm down and then speak.” Carl said.
Cindy took a good amount of air. And now she is ready to speak.
“I got an idea.” Cindy said with a big smile on her face
“What is it?” Kevin said
“ we will go to Annie’s house at night to find some clues regarding that letter. And you both are coming with me.” Cindy said
“what!!” Carl and Kevin said 
“yeah..we need to find clue as you said that there might be some room or something else with that letter. So we’ll need to go at that place where I found the photos. And it’s Annie’s house, so it’s final we are going there no matter what. If you guys are not coming with me I’ll go with Chase I’m sure he will never say no to me afterall he is my twin.” Cindy said dramatically 
“why did you give her  that idea?” Carl said to Kevin. Carl was looking at Kevin like he’s done with both of them.
“ I…just…told her about the possibilities…how can I know she’ll  come up with that stupid idea.” Kevin said. They both sigh in disbelief.
“so you both aren’t coming. Okay fine I’m going. Bye” Cindy said dramatically and acted as she is leaving
“wait…we are coming.” Carl said
“okay good. My brothers are best.”
She went back to her room. She was packing some stuffs that might help her there. 

At night around 12:30 am
Cindy went to Carl’s room and guess what..he was sleeping.
Cindy hit his brother on his leg. 
“wake up we have to go.” Cindy said 
“What?... where” sleepy  Carl said 
“ Carl bro!!” Cindy shouted a little
“oh…yeah yeah…let’s go.” Carl said
They went to Kevin’s room. And guess what.. he was sleeping too. 
“Ahh kevin bro is also sleeping. We need to hurry up. Kevin bro! Wake up” Cindy said.
Kevin got up and saw Carl and Cindy in front of him.
“What?” Kevin said
Cindy was controlling her anger. She looked at Carl.  Carl gave a light slap on Kevin’s head and said “get up we need to go.”
Kevin got up and all three of them left for Annie’s house.

At Annie’s house
“Shhh don’t  make sound” Cindy said to her brothers.
“But Cindy there’s nothing” Kevin said.
“Who cares? Afterall nobody is here. I was thinking where they went?”
Cindy was busy looking for the clue. Cindy was looking here and there but she wasn’t able to find anything.
“Now only Annie’s parents room is left.” Carl said
“I wish we’ll find something there.” Cindy said
“I hope so too” Carl said
“Let’s just finish it quickly. I’m so tired.” Kevin said
They went inside Annie’s parents room. They saw there were three cupboards and a bed with a side table.
After looking in the whole room except the cupboards, it was time to look into the cupboards. They all were standing in front of the respective cupboards.
They open the cupboards simultaneously. They started looking into it.
After a good 20 minutes,
“Did you find something?” Cindy asked
“Nope” Carl said
But there was no sound from Kevin’s side.
“Kevin bro what about you?” Cindy asked
A complete silence in the room.
“Kevin?” Carl said
No sound again.
While walking towards his side Cindy said, “why aren’t you answer….” , she wasn’t able to complete her sentence after seeing the scene in front of her.
Kevin wasn’t there. But where did he went. There was not a single sign of Kevin.
“Where did he went?” Cindy said
They both look around but they weren’t able to find him.
“ It feels like he vanished in air” Carl said
“It was so much fun. Isn’t it darling.”  A voice came from outside
“Ah! Someone is coming.” Cindy said
“I think Annie’s parents are back” Carl said.
“What should we do? Oh my god.” Cindy said
“Look!.. it’s Kevin’s phone. Something has happened to him for sure.” Carl said
“Let’s go inside darling.”
“Oh my god they are coming inside.” Cindy said

Will they get caught?. Where did Kevin went? Did he find something? Did he got kidnapped? What will Carl and Cindy do? What will happen if Annie’s parents found out about it?
