WAKING UP ON YOUR BIRTHDAY IS A WHOLE DIFFERENT TYPE OF HAPPY when you basically live with all your best friends.
I had been sleeping over at the Bellingham house everyday for at least a month by the time my birthday came around, which I also like to call 'the happiest day of my life.'
I open my eyes immediately being greeted by the cute but creepy image of Jobe looking right at me, a big smile on his face as his eyes stay focused on mine.
"hi" I smile, excited for this day. "hello" jobe replies, even after a couple months of dating it still all felt so fresh, which was definitely a good thing.
I had never felt like I needed something new or something more since I started dating jobe, which I normally do have after a couple of weeks or even days.
"happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you" he starts singing, making me burst into laughter at the sudden action. I smile as he continues singing, laughing a bit as well at his stupidity.
"happy birthday, I love you" he seriously says, giving me a small peck on my lips as he does so "thank you, I love you too" I give him a kiss back.
in just a couple seconds after the kiss the door flung open, revealing Sophia and Jude with a big cake as well as Mae who was holding a couple of balloons.
"happy birthday!!" Sophia squeals, running over to my side of the bed and giving me a big hug "happy birthday Chloe" Jude gives me a small hug as well, followed by an excited Mae.
"finally you're nineteen! grown woman! happy birthday!" she excitedly yells, giving me the biggest hug I've ever received before placing the balloons on the bed.
"I made a cake" Sophia puts the cake she was holding onto the bed, giving me a fork as she waited by the bed "taste it." she blankly says making me laugh a bit before taking a bite of the cake.
"it's really good Soph" I hum in satisfaction, this was exactly the kind of cake I needed right now. There was nothing I love more than a good cake, especially on my birthday.
