Chapter 5;

Eric's p.o.v

(Lawson - Taking Over Me)

The last thing I remember last night is watching tv on the couch with Jess. I slowly woke up, sunlight streaming in, making Jess's skin glow.

I looked at the clock - 8.15am. I would let her sleep for a little longer, so I went to have a shower. I washed, shaved, brushed my teeth and towel dried my hair before wrapping a towel around my waist and going to get dressed.

Jess was still fast asleep, so I made as little noise as possible so as not to wake her. I had just pulled on some underwear and trousers when I heard a "beautiful" from the bed behind me.

I fell foward in surprise, having to catch myself on the dresser. "Fan!" I cursed.

"Clumsy." I heard her giggle right behind to me, putting her hands on my waist.

I slowly turned around to give her a telling off or a kiss, and was confronted with the most beautiful sight I had ever seen - Jess, in my tee with her long brown hair sticking out all over the place and a slight blush to her cheeks.

# If I close my eyes,

I can see your smile.

I can hear the laugh I love and I can't get enough,

I can pull you close in a moment just like this,

I can stop the world with only just your kiss.#

"Beautiful." I mimicked her earlier comment, kissing her.

"Did I scare you?" she asked, clearly hoping I would say yes.

"Oh yes. The scariest thing I have ever seen." I assured her, laughing and kissing her nose.

"You're a terrible liar." she said, her English accent suddenly very noticable - I loved it. Not on other girls though, just her.

She moved to get her clothes, me watching her. "I need to get dressed and go to the little girls room." She teased - she had never let that go.

30 minutes later when we were both dressed, and Jess sat at the kitchen table, I placed breakfast on the table - eggs, bacon and toast - her favourite, she had told me months ago.

"You remembered," she said, clearly pleased.

"Of course I did," I smiled, kissing her head as I walked past. I could never get enough of touching her, even just a light kiss.

45 minutes later. We had eaten and were on our way to the shoot. She was not aware that today would be the video for my new single, Coming Home.

It was, of course, based around her. She had no idea I had written it - she had thought this shoot was for Miss Unknown.
