The next afternoon, the castle was alive with murmurs of the previous night's Yule Ball. Students wandered the corridors, some still glowing from the memories of their magical evening, while others groaned about how their dates didn't quite live up to expectations.

Aria sat by the fireplace in the Slytherin common room, lazily flipping through a book, her mind still replaying the events of the ball. Her thoughts drifted from her dance with Theo to Onyx's elation over Blaise. She stood up, deciding to borrow the second instalment of the novel she was reading from the library and headed out of the dorm.

The blonde clutched the book to her chest and left the common room, closing the door behind her, walking slowly towards the Main Castle Area, deep in thought.

"Aurora!" Harry's voice broke her focus. He was grinning, though looking a bit tired, his hair as untamed as ever.

"Potterson," Aria greeted, raising an eyebrow. "To what do I owe the pleasure?"

Harry was looking both relieved and amused. "Cedric gave me a hint about the Egg last night. At the ball."

Aria's interest was piqued, and she shut her book and walked by his side. "Oh? Do tell."

Harry leaned in, speaking in a low voice despite the corridor being mostly empty. "He told me to take the Egg and... take a bath."

Aria blinked. "Take a bath? Well, that's... interesting advice. Do you think he's concerned about your hygiene?"

Harry rolled his eyes. "I thought it was weird too, but it makes sense. He said to listen to it while I'm in the water. Maybe the sound changes or something. I've got to try it later."

A mischievous smirk crossed Aria's face as she leaned in, resting her chin on her hand. "Or maybe Cedric just wants to hook up with you."

Harry's face went beet red, his eyes widening. "What?! No—what are you on about?"

Aria burst into laughter, clearly enjoying the flustered expression on Harry's face. "Oh, come on! I'm joking, Potter. Don't tell me you actually thought—" She paused, her laughter bubbling up again. "You should've seen your face."

Harry huffed, his ears still pink. "You're impossible."

"I mean," Aria continued, still grinning, "Cedric is kind of dreamy, isn't he? Tall, handsome, perfect hair... maybe you should give the idea a go. Imagine the gossip if the Golden Boy of Gryffindor and the Prince of Hufflepuff started a romance."

Harry groaned, rubbing his face with his hands. "Don't even joke about that. The entire school's already obsessed with who's dating who after the ball."
