The Haunting Silence

51 12 7

Through the dark, I sit alone
Searching for the light unknown

All the pain that is inside
Whispers secrets that I hide

Maybe if I weren't born
The shadows wouldn't feel so worn

And as the night passes by
Hope and fear in silence lie

Yet in the stillness, truths emerge
A dark reflection, cold and urged

The silence screams of endless night
Revealing truths that haunt the light.
