THIRD PERSON POV

“You want to try this one, Nini?” Lisa asked, offering Jennie a bite of the fish cakes she held. Jennie, who was already munching on a fish-shaped pastry, nodded enthusiastically, her eyes lighting up as Lisa fed her.

It was already evening, and they had wandered through the park, buying different types of street food, wanting to try new things compared to what they'd sampled on their last date. The park was breathtaking at night, illuminated by a mix of warm and colorful light bulbs strung along the pathways, creating a cozy, romantic atmosphere for couples strolling hand-in-hand.

“This all tastes so good,” Jennie mumbled through a mouthful of food as Lisa carefully fed her another bite. Lisa giggled softly and nodded in agreement. Gently, she wiped a bit of sauce from the corner of Jennie’s lips. Jennie, smiling, leaned in closer to make it easier for Lisa to clean her face.

“All done,” Lisa said with a grin before kissing Jennie on the cheek. Jennie returned the favor with a quick peck on Lisa’s lips, a silent thank you as they continued walking, savoring the moment.

As they finished their food, they came across a small crowd gathered around a street performance. A local K-pop boy band was playing live, their upbeat rhythms and smooth vocals drawing the attention of everyone passing by.

Lisa glanced at their bodyguards, who gave her a quick nod, signaling that it was safe to join the crowd. “Do you want to watch, Nini?” she asked. Jennie smiled brightly and nodded. Although she wasn’t a huge fan of bands, the thought of sharing this experience with Lisa made her eager.

Hand in hand, they made their way toward the front, weaving through the other spectators. They found a comfortable spot with a good view, sitting down on the ground like the rest of the audience. Lisa and Jennie swayed gently to the music, their voices blending with the hum of the crowd as they quietly sang along, lost in the magic of the evening.

“This night is perfect,” Jennie thought as she felt the warmth of Lisa’s hand in hers. Lisa, meanwhile, couldn’t stop smiling, listening to Jennie’s soft humming. It was these simple, quiet moments that made everything feel right.

After a few more songs, one of the band members spoke into the mic, his voice excited. “This evening has been amazing, and we’ve already played five songs! Now, we want someone from the crowd to come up and sing with us!” The crowd erupted in cheers, the energy buzzing.

“Anyone up for it? Who wants to join us?” the performer asked, scanning the audience.

Jennie, curious, turned her head to see if anyone was volunteering. She wasn’t expecting much, just enjoying the moment when suddenly, out of the corner of her eye, she saw Lisa’s hand shoot up.

Her heart skipped a beat, and she turned to Lisa, eyes wide in shock. The band members spotted Lisa as well, their faces lighting up with enthusiasm. Jennie could barely believe it. Her usually quiet and reserved girlfriend had just volunteered to go on stage in front of everyone!

"Looks like we are blessed to have this young lad with us. Please come up on stage and sing with us," one of the members said, smiling warmly at Lisa. The rest of the band shared his enthusiasm, and the crowd began cheering, all eyes now on her.

“Lili, what are you doing?” Jennie whispered, half amused and half stunned.

Lisa gave Jennie a playful grin, her eyes twinkling with mischief. “I want to sing a song for you, Nini,” she whispered, leaning in to press a quick kiss to Jennie’s lips. The crowd immediately erupted into cheers, enchanted by their sweet display of affection.
