The one were Nana dies twice

Ross had finally decided to call Iris, Luke's sister. He was afraid his friend would use her to get over Rachel, but at least he was moving on and Ross knew Luke would kill him if he hurt Iris.

The gang (except Luke who was working) sat in Monica's and Rachel's apartment eating while Chandler told them his co-worked thought he was gay. "...Couldn't enjoy a cup of noodles after that. I mean, is that ridiculous? Can you believe she actually thought that?"

"Um... yeah." Rachel said. "Well, I mean, when I first met you, y'know, I thought maybe, possibly, you might be..."

"You did?"

"Yeah, but then you spent Phoebe's entire birthday party talking to my breasts, so then I figured maybe not."

"Huh. Did, uh... any of the rest of you guys think that when you first met me?"

"I did." Monica said.

"Yeah, I think so, yeah." Phoebe agreed.

"Not me." Joey denied.

"Nono, me neither. Although, uh, y'know, back in college, Susan Sallidor did." Ross told him.

"You're kidding! Did you tell her I wasn't?"

"No. No, it's just 'cause, uh, I kinda wanted to go out with her too, so I told her, actually, you were seeing Bernie Spellman... who also liked her, so..." Joey high-fived him.

"Well, this is fascinating. So, uh, what is it about me?" Chandler asked.

"I dunno, 'cause you're smart, you're funny..." Phoebe offered.

"Ross and Luke are smart and funny, d'you ever think that about them?"

"Yeah! Right!" They all said sarcastically.

"What is it."

"Okay, I-I d'know, you-you just- you have a quality." Monica said.

"Yes. Absolutely. A quality." They all agreed.

"Oh, oh, a quality, good, because I was worried you guys were gonna be vague about this."

The phone rang and Monica told Rachel it was Paolo calling from Rome, she got up from her seat and answered the phone excitedly.

A few moments later she came back with the phone in her hand. "Monica, Luke is calling, says he want to talk to you, but can you make it quick? Talking to Rome." Rachel said.

"Hey Luke, what's up?"

"Hey Mon, could you and Ross come to the hospital? Your Nana was just admitted, she doesn't have long, I'm sorry."

"Oh God, thanks Luke— Ross, it's Nana."

Monica and Ross arrived to the hospital in a hurry and saw their family and Luke already there.

"So, uh, how's she doing?" Ross asked Luke.

"I'm afraid it's only a matter of hours." He told them. "You should go in to say their goodbyes." Luke left to allow them to say their goodbyes.

Luke arrived to central perk and found the other four sitting at their usual spot. "Hey Rach, could you get me some coffee please?" He asked, the woman nodded and handed him a cup of black coffee.

"Hey Luke. I have a question." Chandler said. "Did you think I was gay when we met?"

Luke thought for a second. "Uh no. But my sister did."
