"Are you coming and seeing me because of the commentary earlier?" Professor Gu asked as soon as she saw Hyunsuk coming toward her.

"Yes," Hyunsuk said. Professor Gu stopped her work and looked at Hyunsuk.

"And how do you feel about hearing the commentary?" Professor Gu asked.

"I just want to hear your opinion on my work. Is what Park Jihoon said really is or you just agreed with him because you don't want to make him ashamed in front of the other kids?" Hyunsuk asked.

"Have I been to that kind of lectures? The kind lecturer who cares about how other kids think about the other kid in her class?" Professor Gu asked. Hyunsuk didn't answer it because he himself knows what kind of lecture Professor Gu is. Hyunsuk has been in her class for every single semester ever since he enrolled in that college. "You should know that better,"

"Am I that incapable?" Hyunsuk asked.

"Look. Choi Hyunsuk. You're one of the best students that I have taught. You're very skillful and born to be in this field," Professor Gu said. "Anyone will look at your art and praise it. That's how good you are. But for what Student Park Jihoon said, it's something that not everyone can point out,"

"You are telling me that he's better than me?" Hyunsuk asked.

"Not exactly better. I know that you're going to get in this field after your graduation. This is your passion. But things are different from Park Jihoon. He took this course because he got the scholarship. And because of that, he studied so hard to maintain his grade," Professor Gu said. "He's not that person who enjoys doing art. He's more the kind of person that enjoys art than needs to make it,"

"What makes him better than me?"

"You two have different views on art. But both of your views are not entirely useless or not relevant. For a talented artist like you, maybe talking to him might give you more input to make your art even more valuable," Professor Gu said.

Hyunsuk paused a little. He remembers their arguments on emotion and technique during their discussion on the previous group project. He disliked the way Jihoon put it into words. It's as if his opinion doesn't matter at all.

"You don't want to?" Professor Gu asked. "He is that person who can tell what to improve and might teach how to easily master techniques. He didn't do art for fun so he will try to find a way to master it fast and accurate. I think you'll enjoy talking to him about what kind of art he's doing,"

"You think so?"

"Trust me. I've been teaching this for years already," Professor Gu said.

"Alright then," Hyunsuk said. "Thank you for your time,"

Hyunsuk walked out from the lecture's office. He took out his phone and looked for Jihoon's contact information. Should he ask him to meet and talk? Like Hyunsuk definitely notice that the taller guy has been avoiding him like crazy after the night he stayed at Jihoon place before. Ever since that night, it has been so hard to see Jihoon around other than when they are in classes that they are in. But right after the class ended, the sight of Jihoon is nowhere to be found. He definitely keeps his words not to see him other than classes.

"Ah! Whatever," Hyunsuk said. He sent a message to Jihoon. Telling him that he wants to talk to him.

One day, two days... And three days have passed. No reply from Jihoon. He has clearly read his message. Hyunsuk then decided to call him. But he didn't answer it.

It's the class that both of them take next. Hyunsuk was a little late because he helped a TA on his way to the lecture hall. Usually, Hyunsuk will sit at the front rows. But because he's late, the first 4 rows are already occupied. And because he's late, he saw Jihoon sitting in the second row in the lecture hall. Usually, he couldn't see Jihoon during class if he didn't look at the back row. Jihoon probably purposely came late to class not to bump into him.
