sophie and joe laid in sophie's bed. joe had just won the game that was securing the boys a spot in the playoffs. and instead of celebrating with his teammates he decided to go home with sophie, order dinner, and watch 2000's romcoms.
the blonde girl had her head on joe's chest and her fingers running up and down his bicep that was wrapped around her body. every so often he would kiss her head which would cause her to smile or giggle like a teenage girl.
"soph?" joe's voice came up as he paused the tv. sophie fake an annoyed scoffed as he paused the movie. she had finally convinced him to watch the notebook and now he was pausing it.
"yeah?" she picked her head up a little off of his chest to look into his eyes. the light from the tv was on his face and he looked better than ever to sophie.
