sophie stood in front of the mirror, watching tori’s hands work magic on her hair. "do we think joe’s going to pass out when he sees me in this dress?" she asked, her lips quirking into a smirk as she tugged at the hem of the skirt, which was just short enough to make her feel bold.
"joe’s definitely going to pass out," tori replied, securing a loose curl with a spray of hairspray. "if the dress doesn’t kill him, you actually being there tonight will."
aiden leaned against the wall, scrolling on his phone but clearly eavesdropping. "honestly? i’m worried about the internet more than joe. they’re not ready for anything you're gonna do tonight"
sophie rolled her eyes but couldn’t hide her grin. "i’m opening the grammys, not storming the runway."
"same thing," aiden quipped, finally looking up. "you’re about to serve. and then dip."
