sophie’s phone buzzed on the counter, the name "aiden morgan" lighting up the screen. she groaned, putting down her coffee cup and answering with a hesitant, "hey, aiden. what’s up?"
her manager wasted no time, "sophie, we’ve got confirmation. you’re performing at the grammys in two weeks. it’s a huge slot—the closing act. this is massive for you."
her stomach twisted, the excitement mingling with dread. "wait, two weeks? that’s... the same day as the super bowl."
"yeah, i know," aiden said quickly. "but this is the grammys, soph. you can’t pass this up. they’re giving you the kind of spotlight most artists dream about. your team’s already on board, and we’ve started prepping logistics."
