Linda:

The next morning I woke up in time to head home to take a quick shower and change before heading to work. Vera was laying pretty close to me. I moved slowly out of the bed because I didn't want to wake her since she was taking the day off because she didn't want to face Fletch just yet. I plan on saying something to Fletch. When I get off work later I will check on her.

Will:

I was running with Fletch before our shift started

"You're getting old mate."

"No, just hung over."

"Big night?"

"It was a shit night. I really screwed up with Vera."

"I doubt it. Whatever it is, just apologize, buddy."

"I was sitting in my car about to leave and Linda showed up. I Recon Vera told her."

"Well they are mates and they hang out a lot so there can be many reasons why Linda was at her place last night."

A few minutes later Linda walked into the Staff room.

"Hey Linda."

"Hey."

"Are we still going to shoot some pool later with everyone after work?"

"You can count me out this time."

"Why? You always like playing pool."

"I'm not in the mood."

"Something happened?"

"This Asshole hurt Vera and tried hooking up with her when she wasn't ready for that plus she told me they are not even dating."

"We went to the movies and had dinner twice."

"Whoopy. That doesn't mean anything. Friends hang out all the time. Doesn't mean I go try Fucking my friend just because I hung out with them more than twice."

"Easy now. We don't need to be getting all worked up here."

"Piss Off Will."

I knew Linda was not in the mood because she never told me to Piss Off. So I left and went to take a shower before I had to start my shift.

Linda:

When I got a few minutes here and there I texted Vera to see how she was holding up and I told her I will come see her after my shift was over. I had to restrain myself because I wanted to punch Fletch in the face for what he did.
