I was the first to wake up and everyone was still there. Adrian had fallen over so my head was now on his side. George was on the floor by Willa and they were holding hands. Zena was lying straight back. Ethan's head had somehow managed to hang off the side of the couch and Wesley was on the floor. I slowly lifted my head off Adrian and tiptoed around my friends to get to my bathroom.

I did my normal morning routine, brush my hair, brush my teeth, wash my face, and change clothes, but something was different. Other than the obvious change of scenery, I felt different. I was excited and nervous all at the same time. I was dreading having to tell Wesley about Adrian and me but I knew I needed to. Wesley is a good guy and he deserves his special person. I was choosing between two dresses when there was a knock on my door. I laid my options on my bed and opened the door.

"Good morning, darling."

"Good morning, Adrian."

"How are you today?"

"Well I've been awake for approximately ten minutes but so far so good. How are you?"

"Same. Can we talk about yesterday?"

"Oh gosh. Did you change your mind about me?"

"What? No! Of course not. I was just going to say you don't have to tell Wesley anything if you don't want to."

"Oh, thank you but I want to. I don't want him to think something is going to happen when it isn't. Plus I want to be able to tell people about us. If that's okay with you?"

"Oh yeah! I would love to be able to call you my girlfriend and tell all of our friends."

"Me too, but maybe we should save the officials for after this whole realm-saving thing?"

"I like that idea."

"I have no idea what to wear today."

"Probably something comfortable. I think the Collective has something planned for you today."

"Lovely," I said sarcastically.

"Hey, you have to start somewhere."

"That's true." I smiled and dropped my head back.

"Has anyone ever told you how amazing you are?"

"Maybe my mum."

"Okay well, you are amazing."

"Why, thank you."

We giggled and smiled at each other.

"I really want to kiss you right now," Adrian sighed.

"Okay."

"No I didn't mean we have to, I was just saying I would like to."

"Thank you but I'm okay with that."

"Are you sure?"

"Absolutely."

He wrapped his arms around my waist and I wrapped mine around his neck. This kiss was similar to the one last night in the way he was gentle and sincere.

"I should probably finish getting ready before the others wake up."

"Okay. I'm going to go home and change as well. I will meet you guys at Moonmore for breakfast?"

"Yes."

"Okay good."

I listened to Adrian when he said something comfortable. Thankfully in the back of the closet was a pair of sweats and a loose shirt. By the time I finished getting ready, my friends had woken up.
