As the weeks turned into months, the playful teasing between Alastor and Y/n escalated, much to Lucifer’s chagrin. Alastor took every opportunity to charm Y/n, making her laugh and drawing her into his wild antics. What had begun as innocent fun was quickly transforming into something deeper, much to Lucifer's annoyance.

One afternoon, Y/n was helping Alastor in the hotel’s chaotic kitchen, where ingredients danced and swirled around them. Alastor had decided to create a new dish—something extravagant and utterly ridiculous.

“Now, Y/n, we need just the right amount of chaos! A dash of this and a sprinkle of that!” Alastor exclaimed, tossing ingredients into a pot with flamboyant gestures.

Y/n laughed, clearly enjoying the process. “You call this cooking? It’s more like a food fight waiting to happen!”

Alastor winked, “Precisely! And who doesn’t love a good food fight?” He leaned in closer, lowering his voice dramatically. “But imagine the romance of cooking together—just you and me, creating culinary chaos!”

Meanwhile, Lucifer was observing from the doorway, arms crossed and an eyebrow raised. Watching Alastor flirt so openly with Y/n made his blood boil. “Does chaos really need to be romantic?” he muttered under his breath.

Alastor caught a glimpse of Lucifer and grinned, clearly aware of the effect he was having. “Oh, your majesty, Come join us! Y/n and I are just discussing our next culinary adventure.”

Lucifer stepped forward, his expression a mix of irritation and protectiveness. “Culinary adventure? Is that what you call it when you throw food around?”

Y/n giggled, sensing the tension. “It’s all in good fun, Lucifer! Right, Alastor?”

“Exactly! But it’s even better with a little romance!” Alastor added, leaning closer to Y/n, his tone flirtatious. “A perfect recipe for sparks to fly!”

Lucifer’s jaw tightened. “Sparks, huh? More like a fire hazard. I’d prefer if you stayed away from my sister.”

Unfazed, Alastor turned back to Y/n. “What do you think, Y/n? Wouldn’t it be lovely to have a romantic dinner prepared by yours truly? Just imagine the candles, the music…”

Y/n’s cheeks flushed slightly, but she playfully rolled her eyes. “That sounds lovely, Alastor, but let’s not set the kitchen on fire first!”

As Alastor continued to charm Y/n, Lucifer’s annoyance grew. He had always been the one to protect her, and seeing Alastor flirting so openly felt like a betrayal.

After the cooking escapade, Y/n left the kitchen, a smile on her face. Alastor watched her go, feeling something warm growing inside him. It was more than just playful teasing, he was beginning to genuinely care for her.

Lucifer approached Alastor, his expression darkening. “You’re really going to pursue this, aren’t you?”

Alastor grinned, not backing down. “Why not? Y/n is charming, and she makes the chaos of my life… well, a little less chaotic.”

Lucifer narrowed his eyes, his protective instincts flaring. “You do realize she’s my sister, right? I want you to stay away from her.”

Alastor smirked, leaning back with an air of confidence. “Oh, but why would I? She’s fun, and I can’t help but be drawn to her. It’s just a little romance, Lucifer. What’s the harm?”

Lucifer sighed, his irritation bubbling over. “The harm is that you’re not just playing with her feelings. You have a history of chaos, Alastor, and I don’t want her caught up in it.”

Alastor raised an eyebrow, clearly unfazed. “Relax! I have no intention of hurting her. Just consider me her personal chaos coordinator—someone to add a little spice to her life!”

As Alastor returned to his antics, Lucifer couldn’t shake the feeling of unease. The playful teasing had transformed into something deeper, and he knew he needed to keep a close eye on their dynamic.

For now, Y/n seemed blissfully unaware of the growing tension between the two rivals, lost in her own happiness. But as Alastor’s feelings for her intensified, Lucifer realized he’d have to confront not only Alastor but also his own feelings about his sister’s newfound friendship—and the rivalry that was quickly heating up.
