                                                                              The Heart

I was beginning to feel a bit lonely. My head started to fill with too many thoughts about everything that's been going on at the same time. "I need to sit down for a moment, maybe take a hot bath, no, I need to relax, just calm down". I was going to end like a crazy person if I don't get my shit together. I sat on the edge of the bed. Started to look at the beautiful full moon that lighted all the amazing balcony this room had. I notice a tea set on the small wooden table next to the bed, I got up and poured some to the pretty small cup, such details. Small roses painted by hand, the leaf's details. Any 10-year-old girl who dreams of tea parties would love to have it. Still warm, just how I love it. Fresh chamomile and honey, delicious. While I was drinking it someone knocked on the door. "I told you I'm fine Gina, why--" It was Vincent on the door, not Gina.

"Is it a bad moment? I just wanted to see if you were alright." That handsome face, those juicy lips, that sweet manly voice that I missed so much. There he was, alright and safe. My heart skipped a beat, but I didn't care. "Oh! umm, No! I thought you were Gina. Come in, I was having tea, if you like I can pour you some too?" Why Am I being so weird? Relax woman. He smiled and came in sitting next to the bed on a small wooden chair. Hi's scent was so delicious, I was losing it. "I'm glad to see you more relaxed, and don't worry, your grandmother is safe. She's in the village with my people, well our soldiers and their families. At least we did not lose anyone, and we killed all the trolls nearby. Although we still don't know where they are coming from and if your uncle is working with them. We did track a scent from shapeshifters near the cabin, but it ended near the village, which is strange, we made sure there was no impostor among the villagers for safety. I know its late, but I needed to see if you were safe and I'm sure you would enjoy knowing your grandmother is safe." I could tell he was lying a bit, could it be he just wanted to see me? I hope I'm not wrong because I really wanted to see him.

"I'm just glad that you are all safe, and I also really wanted to see you and talk to you" There, I said it. My cheeks were burning very sure they were red. I was sweating, I was feeling so nervous. What would he answer? He starred at me so deeply, hypnotizing. "As did I, I admit" I loved how open he is with me, I can tell when he is honest or if he's hesitating in occasions. "Can we please talk? I have a few questions about this place if you don't mind" Sitting again on the edge of the bed I asked him. I tried to be as serious as possible so he could see I really need some answers. He softened his gaze and smiled sideways in such sexy way, I melted away. "Of course, please, if you like we can go to a nice area and talk, I cannot concentrate here right now" his cheeks turned red and while he said that he was looking towards the door. It was clear now. Dragons have amazing hearing. He was talking about Chad and Gina. "Oh! OMG! well, yes, please let's get the hell out of here then!" This was so embarrassing, I just wanted to strangle them both. Talk about hormones much? "I can get us there faster, I can transform and fly us there, it is near the cascade, I know you will enjoy its beauty" How sweet, but will I be able to fly on a dragon without fainting? "Are you sure it's a good idea? I don't mind walking" He smiled sideways and said "Are you afraid of heights? I promise you wont fall, and its best so no one knows we are gone for a while, If that's alright for you?" What? Me afraid? More like terrified. "Fine, but if I puke on you, don't complain, ok?" I told him while laughing, he also laughed while taking one of the white cloaks.

"I better take one for when I return to my human form" And so he took his shirt and shoes off, walked to the balcony and prepared himself to jump. He looked at me with piercing eyes and jumped. In middle of the air, he changes right before my eyes. A gorgeous green dragon appeared. Such scales were breath taking, that emerald, green. As if I had found gems. He was flying next to the balcony, trying to stay still so I could jump to his back. I used the wooden chair to stand taller and jump. He used his tail to help me hold on while I climbed to his back. The scales were very strong, more than I thought they would. They were so magical and beautiful. "Vincent, you are such a majestic dragon, so beautiful and I can tell you are very strong" He couldn't talk to me, but his eyes told me he was embarrassed with my words. And so, he began to fly to toward the cascade.

"This place is so amazing, and the light from the moonlight just makes it even more magical. I would have never imagined such place would exist, at least in reality, because the books I read do have places like this." I was so impressed with him and enchanted by this place. I just wanted to stay here and forget it all. But then again. My friends on the island, Gina and Chad. How would I love to just have them all here with us.

Little by little we were closer to the ground. He made sure to be as gentle as possible so I would not fall. As soon as I touched the ground he started to transform back to his human form. And there he was, that wide sexy back, those marked muscles, those tight butt cheeks. He looked even sexier with his hair untighten, right above his shoulders. What a view! Such a beautiful man. "Dianys? The cloak? Can you give it to me? I'm naked and if I turned it would be not respectful to you, so ...." OMG what an idiot, I've been staring at him like a crazy person. "Oh yes! I'm sorry, here." And I turned so he could put it on. I will never forget this night, and definitely that view.

"Please forgive me, I should have explained to you how we should have done things once we landed. It was my mistake." He apologizes while wrapping his hair back to a bun. "Its fine, really, I'm sorry for staring, that was wrong of me." I said while looking down the ground, I was nervous and embarrassed. Reaching my chin he slowly pulls it up and looked at me so deeply and sweet. "No need to apologize, and I do not mind you staring at me." Now my heart really skipped a beat. This man is my temptation, and I do not mind at all. I dint say anything, I couldn't. What was I supposed to say?
