paige's pov
as geno dismissed us, we dispersed, most of us going to the locker room while some stayed back, talking with each other.
thinking back about what geno said, i thought about going to the auditorium with mya.
thinking about mya, my eyes searched around for her, finally landing on her. she was talking with jana. she was laughing. a bit too hard and too close. my hands closed into a fist, fingernails digging into my palm.
it only released when kk tapped me on the shoulder, snapping me out of my trance.
"the new girl's got your finger wrapped around her huh?" she teased.
"shut up kk. how do you get jana away from her." i questioned bitterly.
kk didn't say anything. she just walked towards the both of them and whispered something to jana.
shortly after, jana and kk looked at me, then mya looked at them curiously, and then to me.
it was cute though, even though she had the curious face, i could see her small smile. really cute.
soon, kk and jana walked away and i took that as my sign to go to her.
i went up to her and decided to ask whether she wanted to go with me the assembly later.
she nodded and smiled, "sure! but i'll have to see someone after though. so you could wait or go first, plus, i dont wanna keep you waiting. youre a busy girl as it seems." she said.
"you might think so. but no, im free most of the time. i rarely get homework because im admired by teachers and yeah. i dont mind waiting for you though. as i said earlier, ive always got time for you ma." she blushed at the last part.
"r-r-right, okay." she stuttered.
"wanna go back to mine and chill for awhile? y'know... netflix and chill? we could watch anything you want to."
she agreed after and we went back to my car and i drove off to my dorm.
we went up to my dorm and she was amazed because apparently, it was a 'student athlete' dorm, and they were usually bigger than normal students.
"i wish i was living in a dorm like this!" she exclaimed
i then leaned down and whispered in her ear, "i could always make that wish come true. that way, you dont have to pay for your dorm fee, plus, there's many benefits staying here as well." i whispered the last part seductively.
she pretended not to hear the last part, going to my bed.
i smirked, following behind her.
i pulled her closer to me, and i could tell she was getting flustered. "you know you'd love that ma." i said, rubbing gentle circles on her waist.
i grabbed the remote with my other hand, turning on the tv and then scrolling through netflix.
i pulled her closer, her back resting against my chest as i continued rubbing her waist. we decided on the movie, heartstopper.
she fell asleep after 2 episodes, and i stopped watching after the third. it was 3:30 pm and i let her sleep for 10 more minutes before waking her up.
i stared at her face, it was beautiful, she looked adorable and cute while sleeping, i wanted to kiss her so badly. i ran my hands through her hair, feeling the silky and soft hair between my fingers.
i removed my hand to check my phone, and i heard a soft whine from her. i looked back at her finally realizing that she wanted me to run my hand back into her hair, and so i did.
