Silance

No one dared to move

No one dared to breath

It was quite the achievement to get 100 people to stand dead still, yet it was achieved through the simple gravity of the situation they had come to put themselves in

Months of work, countless hours of research, and an uncomfortable amount of sleepless nights. All coming together in this single moment. Everyone could feel the weight of a life-crowning achievement at hand, for if this succeeded, nothing to follow would ever surpass it

The implementation of a Wisdom Cube

Y/N stared at the glowing blue cube from behind a thick sheet of ballistic glass, joined by Adolf and his support staff. All of them knew what this moment represented. The manifestation of humanity's will and dreams

A chance to fight the Sirens

Originally the cube wasn't set to be finished for another year, but when Y/N went on his little fishing trip a report came in of a Siren Ship spotted appearing out of thin air by some fishing boats.

While nothing became of the sighting, and many doubted its validity, it had been a large wake-up call to everyone that they couldn't rely on Y/N at every turn. The funding for the Wisdom Cubes creation had all but quadrupled overnight and the project finished in half the expected time

Y/N turned his gaze from the copy of what made him a Kansen and instead stared at the group of scientists that had decided that no, they didn't want to stand safe and sound behind protective barriers and wanted to watch their work pay off with their own eyes

"Those men are going to die," The super battleship spoke in a quiet murmur, one that would barely be heard over the slowly increasing hum that emanated from the cube "If not from whatever radiation the cubes emitting then the creation itself."

Y/N knew Kansen Creation and had watched hundreds of ships gain human form and conscious thought. Had greeted them into life and welcomed them to the family. Had calmed their racing hearts and focused their scattered minds

It was because of this he knew how badly everything could go

Wisdom Cubes were not radioactive by nature, but those were the cubes created by the ones who created him. Tested and tried hundreds of times before being implemented into his frame. This cube here was made by studying his cube and creating it in a month

No matter how good a copy is, it will forever be a copy, and with something as important and powerful as the physical manifestation of the word 'Humanity' there was little to no room for error

As for the creation process... big energy tends to go boom

"Hmm..." Adolf took a second to realise what was said before he too tore his eyes away from the glowing cube of promised victory and looked down at the scientists with a look of utter disbelief. With an exhale that sounded more like a painful wheeze, the Supreme Leader of Germany made a motion with his hands and a second later the lab coats were dragged to safety against their will

Human stupidity at its finest

Y/N gave a nod of appreciation before turning back to the rapidly building light of the cube. The blue light emitted was getting brighter and brighter till the hand that held it was lost from view and all that existed was a flowing ball of white light

Y/N sighed at the expected result but waited just in case nothing went wrong. Wouldn't want to create a scene after all. Beneath his attire, muscles tightened and fibres stretched as he prepared, knees bending ever so slightly
