The League of Villains escaped with Bakugou and Hakamada. But they didn't know Hakamada was taken too, just Bakugou.
Out of the 40 students, 11 with minor injuries, 15 were critically injured, and it was believed they had one fatality. But when professionals started to remove the rubble, the puddle of blood was there, but her body had disappeared. Now Tadashi's Corspe and Bakugou were missing.
Best Jeanist was devastated, to be told his daughter was not only supposed to be dead, but her body was missing. Hawks and Mirko were also not taking the news well, like Class-1A. The girls constantly missed their friend who made a permanent dent in their hearts, but so were some of the guys.
..
"Even if we had understood them, could we have avoided this attack? These moving pieces we didn't even know they possessed," Midnight spoke during their meeting, it was still summer break. And the search was still on for the 2-star students, "Besides since All Might put an end to organized crime we're all rusty."
"We've gotten complacent during peaceful times without realizing it," Mic agreed, "I guess deep down all of us thought that we'd be riding the sweet life for good," He spoke.
"I will never forgive myself for such cowardly ignorance... While our students were fighting desperately for their lives, I was just having a relaxing soak in the bath..." All Might slumped, he felt incredibly guilty.
"We shouldn't have had the Sports festival right after the USJ attack, we wanted to show we were still strong. To have a student kidnapped, and another supposedly dead but missing is our greatest failure as teachers. They've taken Bakugou, Hakamada's life, and society's faith in heroes away from us," Snipe spoke, almost struggling to repeat that Hakamada was dead.
Midnight let out a shaky breath, fighting back tears, her lips quivered. She also didn't take the news well, thinking, the determined Dashi was gone. She was so strong, how could that happen like Koda said it did? So easily? She wasn't the only one in denial, they all hoped, by some miracle, she made it out. But then why was her body gone? The only reason could be the villains took her... that's the only one they could come across.
"I agree, every news app that is currently condemning UA high. If Bakugou and Hakamada were one of the main targets then it's likely because the Villain noticed Bakugou's violent tendencies during the Sports festival, and Hakamada with her strength and quick thinking. If they end up joining the side of the Villains, that will be the end of UA as a school," Nezu spoke, showing the articles. Deep down he knew Tadashi wasn't dead, even if she didn't know it herself. She always kept him on his toes, even if by some accident.
"Since we're on the topic of trust, there is something I think has to be voiced now, at this point we can't deny it anymore, can we? There's a traitor, at this school. Only the teachers and the Pussycats knew where the training camp would be, don't you think that's a little suspicious? I guess a kid could use their phone to message a Villain, but-"
"Stop this, Mic!" Midnight interrupted him, "What's the problem?!" He shot back, he had pent-up anger. He felt mad at Tadashi, not personally, well I guess a little. But he was mad about the whole death and missing thing, she kept scaring them, and it made him mad, so he was persistent on this traitor subject because they were responsible for her death, "We have to find who the link is!"
"Could be you for all we know, have you got any proof that you are 100% innocent? Can we know that everyone in this room is an ally?" Snipe spoke, and Mic grumbled, sitting back down, "If we start doubting each other we'll destroy ourselves from the inside. Choosing a traitor isn't something we should take lightly."
"At the very least, I trust everyone sitting at this table. Though there's also no way to prove to all of you that I am innocent, for the moment what we must do as a school is concentrate on gaurenting the safety of our student body. This is a good time to put in something I've wanted to put in place for a while, you see, I-" Nezu was interrupted by All Might's phone going off.
As he walked out, Nezu continued speaking, but about something else, "We'll get to it later, my main concern is Tadashi. Koda and Midoriya claim she's dead, even the Villain muscalur believes he killed her, but I believe not," The teachers were unsure, Mic gritted his teeth in rage, Midnight sighed, rubbing her eyes, and Snipe stayed silent, wanting to hear this.
"How can you be so sure? Sure her body is gone but that doesn't entirely mean she's alive, excuse me for speaking so rudely but I think we're all in denial," Midnight mumbled, staring at the desk.
Mic sighed, "Denial seems so. But also hope, she's survived death before, we've seen what she's capable of, I guess we're just shocked it happened so easily."
.
"It would appear that the principle of thunders behind the U.A. high training camp attack call themselves, The League of Villains, the Vanguard Action Squad. The League was previously involved in the USJ attack and the Hosu incident," The news reporter spoke, listing all the details, mentioning Bakugou before getting to, "Tadashi Hakamada, the only fatality. She is only believed to be dead, as her corpse is nowhere to be found. Her blood was found leaking out from a pile of rubble from a collapsed cave, but not her body. Police are investigating into this, but still have no leads, if you have any clues, make sure to report them."
The screen switched to a different news station but was turned off by none other than Shigaraki, who chuckled, "I'm so grateful to the media for all the publicity lately, right?" He turned to a chained-up Bakugou, "Such a shame, everyone believes Tadashi to be dead, isn't that awesome? Now we can keep her for however long as we want! Isn't it nice? Kastuki Bakugou."
"Where even is she?!" He yelled at the Villains, "With Master, but you have no way of knowing where that is, now do you?"
"You villains, are idiots..." He spoke with a shadow over his eyes, "Once she can, she'll tear you all to threads, and I'll blow you to bits!"
.
"I received an emergency request, I must leave this place in your hands. Be strong as heavy-weight denim without me, smart as tailored-made suits, and keep the fabric of society safe," Best Jeanist spoke with Ernest, to his sidekicks. He remembered the call he had with Tsukauchi.
"I'm sending you, Mirko, and Hawks to a separate location, on a separate mission. By some miracle, we were able to track Tadashi's phone, though it's paused and gone off the raider, we have an idea of where she could've been taken. We're trusting you three to hold out by yourselves as the rest of us handle Bakugou, there will be back-up swat teams though," Tsukauchi spoke over the phone, smiling softly. He heard Best Jeanist breathe out, "Do you think she's alive?"
Tsukauchi waited, "I apologize, but I won't lie to you. I don't know anymore."
He sighed and made his way to where the heroes would be meeting. A million thoughts running through his head.
'Please be okay, Dashi... Everyone needs you... I need you...'
