Shuffling of the sheets was heard as Tadashi sat up in bed, letting her legs dangle off the bed, her thigh wrapped and still sore somehow. She was facing the window, her back turned to the door. She blankly stared out the window, hands in her lap and hair in a not-trying ponytail.

The door to her room opened, she didn't bother to look who it was. She heard a gasp, that's when she glanced over her shoulder. Her eyes slightly widened seeing her Dad, a guilty feeling filled her and she turned back around, bringing her knees to her chest with the little strength she had at the moment.

He stayed silent, going to the bed and sitting next to her, looking out the window as was she.

They sat in silence for a few seconds before Tadashi let her head fall on his shoulder, he glanced down at her and noticed her saddened and guilty expression, she wasn't looking at him but at her knees.

"I won't ask why, as I already know. But..." He paused trying to find the right words, "But you knew it was a trap, and you went for it anyway, you made a promise to me, and you broke it."

"I know... I'm sorry Dad," She stuffed her face into his shoulder, he was trying so hard not to give in and continue being strict, "I love you..." She muttered, that's all it took for his strict exterior to break. He sighed and open his arm, pulling the girl in for a warm hug, she lent into his chest.

"You're gonna be the death of me..." He chuckled, she giggled slightly. "But... I guess you didn't almost die, you just exhausted yourself. So you didn't entirely break you're promise."

"How does your thigh feel?" He asked after a few moments of silence.

"Sore, but it's fine otherwise..."

"Have you tried walking?"

"No, not yet anyway, I don't think it's ready," She responded, staring down at her bandaged thigh.

"How's Nighteye doing?" She asked, he rubbed her shoulder, "Alive. He's still here, but should be released soon, the doctor's just wanna make sure his body's completely healed."

She nodded, relieved he was alive. He was the last face she remembers before everything else blurred out. "Overhaul...?" She nervously asked.

"In tarturus, won't be out for awhile," He replied, "Good," She muttured and then sighed.

"What's wrong?" He turned to his daughter, "How's everyone else?" She spat out.

"Most are mad at you, Dashi. Though Keigo's just a crying mess, Rumi's mad sweetie," He squeezed her shoulder as she lent into him more.

"I understand, Dad..."

.

I clutched the walking stick as I limbed through the hospital halls, on the way to Nighteye's room. I found his door and knocked on it, I heard a come in and I opened the door, nudging it further open with my foot and walked in.

I closed the door behind me and turned to him, "Are you okay?" I asked, he gritted his teeth, "You're kidding right? Come, sit down, you need it," He sat up and lead me to his bed, setting me down.

"You didn't answer my question," I smiled softly, and he sighed, patting my head, "I'm fine. Thank you, are you alright?"

I nodded, "Other than my leg I'm fine, but more glad to see you're doing well along with everyone else," I looked down at the ground, "It's... still all sorta a blur. I don't remember much except for brief glances."

"Are you... gonna stay a hero?" He asked me, I turned to him, "Of course, why wouldn't I?"

He chuckled and shook his head, "I don't even know why I asked, it's you after all."

I smiled and grabbed my walking stick, standing up and leaning on it, "I'll be off now, visit me when you're released."

He nodded and I left him be, heading off to Mirio's room. I heard he permanantly lost his quirk, I needed to see how he was holding up too.

I easily found his room and knocked on the door, being let in and repeating the same process to enter the room, I saw Mirio smiling at me as I closed the door. I went to his bed, "You doing alright?"

He nodded, "Of course, thank you for saving Sir Nighteye! That could've ended badly."

I sighed with a smile and sat next to him, leaning my head on his shoulder and he lent his head on mine, "I know that look, you have a plan for getting back your quirk, right?"

"Yep!" He cheerfully replied. I sighed, "Leave it a surprise for me then," I chuckled, "When was Midoriya released again?"

"Just yesterday! He said he went to visit you too but you were sleeping so he let you be," I nodded with a hum, "How are you holding up, T?"

"Good, doctors say I'm out any day now," I smile, he nods with his own, "That's good!" He laughed softly.

"Yeah," I mumbled, and we just sat there talking about several things, whether it be about the past events or just random things in general, we talked for hours before I went back to my hospital room.

There were clothes on my bed and a note, "Meet me in the front -Dad" I read out loud, I grabbed the clothes and changed into them, grabbing my walking stick before I left the room and went to the front, seeing Dad there.

"Ah, there you are," He said, I nodded and followed him out, "Wait, I'm leavin'?"

He nodded, "Yeah, the doctor's allowed me."

I smiled and stretched, "Finally."

He helped me into the car and closed the door before going to his side, "You'll rest for a few days before you're allowed on patrol, understood? Hospital's words exactly."

"I understand," He started to drive us home, when we made it he helped me out of the car and I followed him to the house. He lead me up the stairs and forced me to stay in bed the whole time, I didn't fight back.
