Amy's POV
I wake up to my phone alarm playing 'I Am All Of Me.' I love listening to the music from his game 'Shadow the Hedgehog.' It should be canon. The only reason Shadow fought Sonic was because he made me cry. He comforted me and hugged me. I kissed him on the cheek as a thank you. I noticed he was blushing after I kissed him. I wonder why. I cherish that moment. It has been 19 years since that time with Shadow. I have grown into a beautiful young woman. I wonder if he loves me as much as I do. I blush. Amy Rose stop thinking about him. You can't go chasing him around like you did to Sonic. I chuckled. If only we were together. I would take care of him till he's old and grey. Will he ever grow old since he's immortal? Will I have to leave him when I'm old and die of old age? I need to get ready to teach at the school. I walk out of my apartment to bump into someone. "Sorry sir, I wasn't looking where I was going." "It's quite alright. It was an accident." We both look up at the same time. *gasp* "Shadow!" "Rose!" "Oh, I was thinking about you." We say at the same time. We blush. "May I escort you to your vehicle, Rose?" "Sure Shadow. I would love that." He walks me to my vehicle and I tell him goodbye. I drive off to school. I walked into my Spanish classroom and set the student papers I had graded last night. The day goes well and Shadow and I go to dinner with the gang.
Sonic's POV
I notice Shadow and Ames walk into the restaurant together. They are smiling. Shadow never smiles. Something's going on here. I ask Ames why Shadow is smiling? She tells me that they had great talk this morning and spent some time together during lunch. 'Wait do they like each other? No I won't let this happen she's mine!' I pull Shadow aside and ask him if he likes Ames. He tells me that it's none of my business. "You don't like her anyway." "I do like Ames." "Well, your too late. She's mine now, Faker." 'I'm in shock that he wants her to be his girlfriend so bad. I wonder why though. Maybe it's because he lost the love of his life, Maria Robotnik. She was shot by a G.U.N. soldier in front of him because she pulled the lever down to send him to Earth. That must have been traumatic for him. No I'm not going to feel sorry for him.' "Shadow I will fight for her heart to become mine." "Well, I'd like to see you try because I will not loose this to you, Faker." 'We give each other death glares and go back to our seats. Of course Shadow is sitting by my Ames. We have a lovely dinner and we go back to our apartments. I lay down on my bed and I fell asleep.'
