A girl who wants to thank the turtle who saved her life. She will not leave any stone unturned. She meets a person from another world with special powers and teaches them to her and a friend of hers.
I wake up and stretch my body to wake myself up. I get up and walk into the kitchen. I see my mom making breakfast. I smell of bacon and eggs coming from the stove. YES it's my favorite Sunday meal that she's cooking right now. I smile widely. My brother and dad walk in and help set up for breakfast. We sit down and say prayers before we eat. We dig in and talk about our weeks. My dad drives us to Our Lady of Fatima Parish for Sunday Mass. Afterwards dad drives us home, I play some Sonic videogames with my brother. I take a nap for a few hours. I wake up and watch a movie with my family. We have lunch together. We play some board games. Later, we have pizza for dinner and watch Sonic the Hedgehog movies. I go to bed and fall asleep.
Amy's POV
While Charles is going about his day, Amy wakes up. I walk out of my room and make breakfast. I go to Mass at St. Cecilia's Parish. After Mass, I take a walk around the neighborhood. I see a familiar face sitting on a bench reading a book. I walk up to him and see he's reading 'Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen.' I start squealing and say. "Shadow you're reading my favorite book. I'm reading it for the fourth time. I love the enemies to lovers dynamic in the book." He looks at me. His face is red. He tells me this is his third time reading it. He wants to find his Elizabeth. I respond. "I want to find my Mr. Darcy as well." We take a walk together talking about how we're getting used to the culture of America on Earth. I start blushing when I talk about the man or Mobian I want to marry one day because Shadow fits my criteria. He's so perfect and handsome. We say our goodbyes. I walk home and fix myself some Sloppy Joe. I prepare for bed. I put my Shadow pajamas on and brush my teeth. I lay down and cover myself with a pink comforter set. I snuggle up with my Shadow plushie. He's so soft. I fall asleep dreaming about getting married and having kids with Shadow.
