Marie's and Charles Newfound Powers

Charles' POV

I wake up and do the norm for the morning time on Sundays. I go to Mass with my family at the Our Lady of Fatima Parish. We listen to the homily about the Prodigal Son. We discuss the homily on the way back home and how it relates to our family. I get into regular clothes. I start to feel dizzy and pass out on the floor. I feel someone else is experiencing the same thing that I am experiencing. I wake up groggily to see my brother looking at me with concern. I tell him that I'm fine I just need to rest. "Okay, Charles get some rest." He walks out of the room, so I can sleep. I feel surge of power running through my veins. I decided to walk to the park. 

Marie's POV 

I feel lightheaded and pass out on the floor. My sister wakes me up and ask me what's wrong? I tell her I don't know I feel as surge of power running through my veins. I tell her that I'm going to the park with woods called Mr. Greens Park. I walk deep into the woods to find Charles sitting on a tree stump. He looks behind him to see me. He smiles at me and walks up to me. He gives me a hug . I sense something familiar about his energy when he hugs me. I realize what it is. "Charles." "Yes?" "Both of us have Chaos Energy. I wonder how though. Let's look for a Chaos Emerald to train with to see what powers we have." We find a cyan chaos emeralds and a yellow emerald. I try to make a Chaos Spear, but it just fizzles out before I can throw it. "If only Shadow were here to help me train." Charles tries to use Chaos Control to no avail. I hope there is someone who can train me. All of a sudden our English teacher Mr. Shadow appears out of nowhere. He walks up to us and says "you called." Our mouths dropped to the floor in shock. "Wait a minute. Your Shadow the Hedgehog!" "In the flesh, except I'm turned into a human ever since I went through a portal to this Earth." "That's so awesome, Shadow. Wait can I call you that it would you prefer that I call you Mr. Shadow." "You guys can call me Shadow here, but at school you have to call me Mr. Shadow or people nay figure out that I'm the really Shadow the Hedgehog." "Yeah that makes sense. Don't you agree Charles?" "Yeah I do, Marie. Are you going to train us, Shadow?" ""Yes, I will train you two, so that you can control these new powers without someone else getting hurt or even yourself." We start training, I make Chaos Spears, but they don't go to the targets that Shadow has set up. Charles Chaos Controls, but he lands in a tree and falls to the ground. "Ouch!" I bet that had to hurt. "Charles are you alright?" "Yeah I'm fine, Marie." After a few hours we get the hang of our powers. I have some powers that Charles doesn't have like using ice to create sculptures without a Chaos Emerald. I can also hit different targets. We can create lightning and make it strike at different targets without a Chaos Emerald as well. He says "let's call it a day guys." "Okay, sensei." "You can just call me Shadow, I Marie." "Okay, will do." I can't believe I get to call him Shadow. This is so cool. I come back down to Earth and realize their both looking at me. "What? Is something wrong?" "Uh nothing we were just worried why you weren't answering us." "Oh, sorry guys." We say our goodbyes and Charles walks me home. I say goodbye to him, while I'm entering my house. I say hi to my family and tell them that I spent the day with Charles. My siblings start to tease me about Charles since they know that I like him. Ugh why me? I eat dinner with my family. Later, I get ready for bed and I lay on my bed. I fell asleep without any dreams this time.
