- This book is based off the TV show called Outlander. If you haven't watched it to at least season four, you will not understand this book. It also contains spoilers for season four, five and six. Please be advised of this before continuing.
- Faith is a unique character from the TV Show, but she is also partially created by the author of this book. She was Jamie's and Claire's first child who was born dead. Besides her birth and name, she is a character created by the author of this book. Her personality and backstory is created by the author of this book.
- Other original characters I created: Kaeden, Annabelle, Jon, Tate, the Iversons family, Ivy, Isaac, Henry. These are all characters I created. I don't give permission for other's to use them in their stories.
- Kaeden's face claim is Richard Madden, Faith's is Abigail Cowen.
- The pictures at the beginning of each chapter do not belong to me. I have found them on Pinterest.
- I do not give permission for this story to be anywhere but Wattpad. I do not give permission for this story to be translated or copied for other purposes.
- This story contains mature scenes. If you are not comfortable about reading the following, please do not continue to the next section: Explicit sexual content, violence, references to sexual assault, crude language, vulgar language, & slavery. If you do not like reading about these things, please find another story.
- Like I stated in the book description, this story is a period piece set in the colonies in the 1700's. I do not condone slavery in the slightest. The atrocities that our forefathers instilled on minorities is not something I believed right. I tried to stay as historically factual as I could. Keep that in mind while reading.
- There are some Gaelic, French, and Yoruba google translations. Please don't hate me if they're wrong!
- Please excuse any grammatical or spelling errors! I try to revise and reread as much as possible but I'm only human!
