Part 15: Daughter

Guy: Umm... Okay, but... Okay (He holds up a finger as he begins to put the gun down.) but... Just...

(He grabs a box from under a metal table and puts it on top as he takes the lip off and digs in.) 

Guy: Can... Can you explain this, then? 

(He pulls out a news paper headline that says "Umbrella Academy saves Eiffel Tower, Recieves Key to City of Paris" with a picture of all of them, looking how they didn't when they got trapped in the 60's. Viktor stood in the center with Y/n holding Five's hand, Ben and Klaus on his left and Luther, Diego, and Allison on his right with the Eiffel tower behind them. Diego grabbed the news paper article and stares at it.)

Klaus: Umbrella Academy saves what? When the hell did we save the Eiffel tower? 

Viktor: Where did you get that? 

Guy: It was in this box of things in the trunk of my daughter's car. Her name's Jennifer. 

Lila: Where did she get that? 

Guy: I don't know. 

(Diego looks in the box and pulls out a mask that looks identical to the one Cha-Cha wore in the original timeline. Klaus starts looking through the box and finds Umbrella Academy comic books, and grabbed a pair of dog tags that he recognized as Dave's from when he got sent to WW2. 

Guy: But, Okay, Listen. So about a year ago, she met these new friends and they started going to these strange meetings. They're very strange people . They call themselves the Keepers and then over time, she stopped talking to me. Just stopped. And that was about 3months ago and I haven't seen her since, and I believe that something terrible has happened.

Diego: No offense. Maybe she just wants nothing to do with you. 

(Lila nudges him) 

Guy: No, No. My daughter and I are very close. She would never do this to me. 

Luther: Wait, hold on. How did you find us? 

Guy: I saw you on TV. Toss N' Wash. 

Klaus: Ha! See? No small parts.

Guy: I've actually been watching you for quite a while now. And I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry. I Apologize. But I mean, She's all that I have left and...

Five: What do you need us for? Call a cop. 

Guy: I did. They didn't do anything. 

Viktor: We'd like to help but we're not the same people in that picture anymore.

Luther: Yeah, we don't even have powers now. 

Diego: Yeah, we're not special

Ben: Speak for yourself, tubby. 

(Five looks in the box and his eyes go wide.)

Five: Give us 24 hours.

Allison: Five, what are you doing? 

Five: 24 hours. We'll find your daughter

Guy: Yes. Thank  you.

Five: Guys, let's go. 

Luther: What are you talking about? 

Guy: Thank you very much, Umbrella Academy. I think you're special.

(They all leave and make there way back to the car being lead by Five.)

Diego: What the hell was that, man? 

Ben: Hey, why are you considering helping that guy? 

Luther: What's going on Five. 

(Five puts the box down next to the car and pulls off the top and reaches in to reveal a glass jar with glowing particles in it.)

Five: Because, of this. 

(The Academy all stared at it, realizing what it was. Marigold.)

(As they drove away, Y/n's eyes widened from where she was watching them in her castle. She stared at it and knew what she had to do and she smiled.) 

Y/n: Looks like it's time to go home.
