Part 38: Elf

Five: That elf. 

(Lila and Diego look at what Five is eyeing and try to find the elf he was talking about.)

Five: He's staring right at us. 

Diego: Who? 

Five: That elf over there. He's been staring at us.

Diego: How much wine have you had? Stop being weird. 

Five: Trust me. There's something up with this guy. 

Lila: Maybe he likes you. 

Y/n: That is not the look someone gives you when they like you. That's the look someone gives you when they want to kill you. 

Diego: Come on sis, stop being paranoid. 

Y/n: Deigo, do you know how many people have tried to kill me? I know that look, and I know it well. Somethings wrong. 

Lila: Why would they want to kill us. They don't know us. 

Y/n: I don't know, but I'm starting to think this is not just any normal small town. 

(Suddenly the elf pulls a lever that makes the carousel stop and everyone else around them stop to look at the 4. The carousel slows until it stops and the carolers slowly stop singing. Everyone stops what they are doing to just stare at them. Y/n glances around to find that everyone from the fair and even those on the street had stopped, not doing anything, like they were frozen in time, just staring at them.)

Y/n: What the hell? 

Five: Oh, shit. 

(They hear a bang, then a crach in the distance , and everyone scrambles for a second before they all pull out different types of guns. Mostly machine guns, but some had sawed off shotguns)

Y/n: Well things just got interesting.

(Gun fire goes off as Y/n creates an ice shield to protect Five, Diego, and Lila.)

Five: We need to go!

Diego Come on!

(Five grabs Y/n's wrist as she forces the ice shield towards the people with guns to distract them long enough for them to run.)

Diego: What's going on?

Y/n: Told you they were trying to kill us. 

Five: Gotta be Sy the dry cleaner. He screwed us!

(As they were running, Five randomly teleported, taking Y/n with him.)
