The walk home with Jeff was really something. I'm happy him and I are spending quality time together and that he's allowing my family to come and visit, but... there's just things that've happened that he won't be able to change. When he kissed me I though I was floating on air. I learned that this relationship or friendship thing will Jeff won't be easy. I knew about this from the moment he started hanging around me. 

I've been ready to die now any day at the hands of him and Jane. Jeff has told me a bit about her and their past... I honestly think that they'll be perfect together without me in the way. I'm not suicidal, I don't want to die, but I know how she must feel. She probably feels threatened that another girl is hanging around Jeff. One that he could easily kill but hasn't yet. I don't understand him. One minute he wants to kill me, the next he wants to protect me. I've questioned this so many times, but I'm just ready for answers.

"Hey Jeff. How much longer do you suppose it'll be until my family gets here?" I question, sitting upside down on a couch. "Two hours. Three at most. It took us two hours just driving. So, if they're packing anything than we know that it's probably safe to say three hours." Jeff explains, putting a chip into my mouth. 

"Thank you." I barely manage out, the chip falling out of my mouth and onto his lap. Jeff chuckles for a second, picking it back up and pushing towards my mouth. "I don't want that fucking thing. It's been on your dick." I gag, sitting up, squinting my eyes at him. "Oh please. It was on the pants." he scoffs, eating it himself. "Ugh. You're so weird." I giggle, standing up and grabbing the book that I've been reading. "I'm gonna go sit in the sun room for a while. Come get me when they get here?" I question, smiling at him. 

"Sure thing Charlie. I'll cook dinner tonight too." he suggests, kissing my cheek before heading into the kitchen. I smile and walk out into the sun room, the breeze blowing in. I breath in the freshness before lighting a few of the candles. I nod my head at the nice aroma filling the air. I sit down on the little couch and start to get comfy. Once I'm in my usual position, I start to read the book again; slowly falling asleep from boredom.

I start off by making tonight's dessert. I decide to make a quick and easy cheesecake with mixed berries as a topping and to be served with it. Once that's done, I begin to work in dinner. "Lets make Charlie's family meatball sliders." I hum, beginning to prep the meat. Once I have the meatballs cooking, I decide to go and check on Charlie. I walk into the sun room and see that she's passed out, the book closed and resting on her stomach. 

I smile and lift her up gently, setting a pillow underneath her head. I quickly grab a light blanket after that to make sure she's covered up. I lean against the wall and smile at her beauty. I hope Jane doesn't follow them... that's the last thing that I need right now. I think to myself, quietly leaving the room, only for there to be a knock on the door. I walk over to it after looking around the house to make sure it's clean. I look in the mirror besides the door just to make sure all of the make-up is off. I nod my head when I see it is. 

I open the door, coming face to face with her mom, dad, and brother. "Where the fuck is my sister." Jacob hisses, storming in and grabbing my sweater in his fists tightly. "She's taking a nap in the sun room." I state calmly, not fazed by his anger. "How the hell are you not scared." he growls, his grip tightening. "I don't know who you bully on kid, but you're grabbing a killer by his own sweater right now. I've killed people. So this act you're doing right now, doesn't faze me a bit." I calmly ensure, waiting for him to drop me. Sooner or later, he does.
