"I've never been this close to anyone, or anything.

I can hear your thoughts, I can see your dreams.

I don't know how you do what you do.

I'm so in love with you.

It just keeps getting better.

I wanna spend the rest of my life, with you by my side; forever and ever.

Every little thing that you do--baby I'm amazed by you."

I sing quietly while laying the bed. I can hear Charlie saying goodbye to her family downstairs, telling them how much she loves them. "We'll see you soon yeah baby girl?" he mother manages to ask while crying. "Of course mother. Who knows. Maybe sooner than what you think." Charlie replies, a smile on her face no doubt.

After a couple more long minutes, I hear Charlie shut the door signalling that they're in their car and about to leave. I hear a quiet sob downstairs, obviously Charlie--followed by something being thrown. I quickly stand up and run downstairs only in the clothes I wore to bed last night. When I get down there, I see a broken cup smashed onto the floor.

I look around the living room looking for Charlie. "Charlie?" I call out, looking around and getting a little worried. Not seeing her makes me run to the sun room immediately. Once I pull open the door and see her pacing with a bloody hand, I feel worry take over my body. "Charlie? What did you do?" I gasp, running over to her and grabbing her hand--inspecting it as if it could be a glass doll.

"I'm fine Jeff." she hisses while pulling her hand away and walking out of the sun room. "So what? Is it illegal that I'm worried about you?" I growl, grabbing both of her wrists with my hands. "It's been illegal from the start." she whispers, tears streaming down her face. "Is that how you feel?" I whisper back, my world crashing around me as I imagine all of the progress that we've been making together slip down a drain.

"It's how I've always felt." Charlie whispers back, running out of the room and heading to the kitchen. I run out of the room as well, trying to keep a good pace with her. "Why the fuck are you still here then?" I growl, gripping on to the wall for support. "Because if I were to leave, you'd do something fucking stupid." Charlie shouts, grabbing the kitchen knife that was next to her.

"Like what? What's something that I haven't done already that's stupid?" I ask, testing her too see if she has an answer. "Me." Charlie seriously says before shoving herself passed me and heading up to the room. "For fucksakes. Is this what that's about?" I shout, face palming while climbing up the steps after her. "You don't know how I felt Jeff. I felt ugly. Unwanted. Unneeded. No sexy. Not loved." Charlie starts to name off all of the things she has felt recently.

"How the fuck do you think I feel? I feel like absolute fucking shit for not fucking you. I was a fucking horny mess afterwords, but I didn't fuck you just for you. I want you to be with someone you love. Someone who can share your feelings back and marry you. Someone you can have to hold your entirely fucking life. Not someone who is constantly on the run!" I scream, knocking the photo's down on the wall.

Charlie stops walking the moment she's in front of the closet before opening it a second later and pulling out all of her clothes, heading over to the dresser and doing the same. "Where the fuck are you going?" I hiss, grabbing her arm and flipping her around so she's facing me. "Home. Where I fucking belong." Charlie cry's quietly, pushing me off of her before turning around and throwing her clothes into her suitcase that I just now noticed she grabbed.

"What the fuck makes you think you're able to leave?" I growl, pinning her to the wall. "I have a choice. We all have a fucking choice." Once Charlie finishes speaking, I shove my lips upon her's. I forcefully kiss her for three more seconds before pulling apart when I realize she won't kiss me back. "There's some things that you can't kiss better." Charlie sobs, pushing me away and grabbing her suitcase, zipping it up quickly.
