The doctors are baffled by Nakul's condition. Though his body is biologically male, the pregnancy is advancing as if it were a typical case—yet everything about it is far from normal. Nakul experiences sharp, unrelenting pain in his abdomen, frequent fainting spells, and violent nausea. His body feels foreign, and he's too young to comprehend why this is happening to him.

One night, Nakul wakes up drenched in sweat, gasping for air. He clutches his stomach, feeling a stabbing pain that shoots through his entire body. His breathing becomes erratic, and he screams out for help. Pradyuman rushes into the room, finding his son curled up in agony, crying out from the pain.

"Papa, make it stop!" Nakul pleads, his voice breaking. "I don't know what's happening to me!"

Pradyuman holds his son close, feeling utterly helpless. No amount of his CID training, logic, or experience can prepare him for this. His son is in pain, and there's nothing he can do to fix it.
