As Nakul enters the final months of the pregnancy, his body begins to fail him. He's barely able to eat, constantly in pain, and his body is weakening under the strain of the unnatural pregnancy. His once-bright eyes are now dull, his skin pale, and dark circles form under his eyes from sleepless nights. His muscles ache, and he finds it difficult to even walk without support.

Despite the support from his father and Abhijeet, Nakul feels like he's losing control. The strange visions, the nightmares, and the mysterious pains have left him in a fragile state. One day, after coming back from school, Nakul suddenly collapses in the living room, unconscious. His body, already pushed to its limits, can no longer take the physical strain.

Pradyuman rushes him to the hospital, fear gripping his heart. As Nakul lies in the hospital bed, hooked up to machines, Pradyuman blames himself for not being able to protect his son from this torment.

"How did it come to this?" Pradyuman whispers, his hands trembling as he grips Nakul's hand.

Abhijeet stands by Pradyuman's side, both men feeling helpless in the face of this curse. The doctors, unable to explain the pregnancy, can only offer basic care. But nothing they do seems to ease Nakul's suffering.
