The mental toll on Nakul becomes even worse than the physical pain. As his belly swells, he can no longer hide the pregnancy from the outside world. School becomes unbearable—students whisper behind his back, and teachers give him concerned looks but are too afraid to ask questions. Nakul feels like a freak, and the once-bubbly teenager retreats into himself, isolating from friends and family.

At home, things are no better. The more Pradyuman tries to shield him, the more trapped Nakul feels. He doesn't understand why this is happening to him, why his body is betraying him in this way. Abhijeet, who has become Nakul's confidante, tries to comfort him, but Nakul is lost in a whirlwind of emotions he can't control. He feels ashamed, confused, and terrified.

"I just want it to stop," Nakul says one day, his voice hollow. "I don't even want this... whatever it is."

Abhijeet sits beside him, a protective arm around Nakul's shoulders. "We'll find a way through this, Nakul. I promise you're not alone."

But deep down, Nakul feels utterly alone, trapped in a nightmare he doesn't understand.
