- | 🍯 | -՞ "SUKUNA?" one of the workers called as she set the bag onto the pick-up desk. the tall pink haired man looked up from his phone, waltzing over to pick up the bag.
the worker named stared in awe, it wasn't an understatement that he had a pretty face after all. it was just that stank ass attitude holding him back.
"fuck are you staring for?" he asked, completely snapping her out the trance. the workers head cocked back in an offended manner, a look of distaste appearing on her face. "excuse me?"
noemi had just exited the bathroom, casually walking towards the pick-up station where she saw sukuna standing. she didn't hear the previous statement, so she obliviously took the back from him, looking inside to make sure everything was there.
"thank you." she glanced up at the worker, finally noticing the tension between the two. she looked between them, her eyebrows starting to furrow. "what'd you do?" she asked sukuna.
"she was staring at me so i asked her why." he answered nonchalantly.
"yeah, in a very disrespectful way. now please leave since you have your food." the worker retorted.
"i'm so sorry." noemi apologized for him, an awkward look on her face. she motioned for him to pick up the two drinks on the counter so they could go, which he surprisingly did without an argument. but he side eyed the worker until they reached the door.
"you aren't supposed to argue with fast food workers, they might spit in your food." she warned him as she pushed the door open with her arm.
"who are you to tell me what to do? and i'd slap them silly before any of them decided on that." he mumbled as he followed behind her.
"lucky she was nice, 'cause if i was her i'd spit in your dumb ass face."
"see how you didn't say ugly ass face? you know better."
noemi just rolled her eyes, the clear door closing behind them as they began walking towards the car. sukuna obviously plopped into the drivers seat, placing the drinks into the proper cup-holders of the car; all while noemi hopped into the passenger seat, keeping the food between her thighs for security.
sukuna mindlessly opened his phone, turning on his bluetooth which automatically connected to the car. his most recent playlist started playing, which he didn't remember that he was listening to some soft ass music like faye webster. matter a fact, a song by faye was the first to start blasting in the car.
noemi's head slowly turned to look at sukuna as the lyrics to "better distractions" started to flow out the speaker, her eyebrow raised. "you listen to faye?" she asked.
"what? is that so surprising? tch... can't do anything these days." sukuna mumbled under his breath, sitting up in his seat. his elbow rested on a part of the center console, his hand covering his nose and mouth as he started back up the car, opposite hand on the wheel to start on the route back to their complex.
"nooo, i didn't say anything was wrong with it. i love faye webster. i'm just saying... you look like you listen to straight nba youngboy and lil baby or something." she explained, slumping into her seat slightly.
sukuna just let out a low hum, his eyes focused on the road. until a text popped up on the cars mini screen in the middle, the contact named 'stitch head.' that automatically made noemi think of kenjaku, and she had to be right since the contact picture was indeed the almost identical picture of suguru, the only distinction being the mans stitches.
suguru claims when they were around 8, kenjaku fucked around and busted his head open on the playground, but kenjaku swears its because suguru pushed him off the play-set. so obviously neither was lying, one just wasn't telling the complete truth. either way, it ended up with kenjaku getting stitched around his whole forehead and the shit clearly didn't dissolve, but he likes it.
anyway, sukuna ignored the message, looking back up at the road. noemi's eyebrow raised at this, her side eye not meant to offend, but she just didn't want to turn her whole head for a simple question. "you aren't gonna answer kenny boy?"
"kenny boy? who, stitch bitch?" sukuna asked normally, a smirk forming on his face. "you know kenjaku? and you ACTUALLY call him that? jeez." he began snickering at the nickname, his hand reaching to run through the pink strands of his hair.
"i'd be damned to have a nickname like that."
"okay, kuna."
"...wrap it up. immediately."

noemi sipped her lemonade as she rewatched love island's season six, honestly she didn't want to let it go. she wish she could rewatch it for the first time, her beloved show.
suddenly, she heard a knock on her door, her head slowly turning. she was literally just with her roommate 10 minutes ago, why was he bothering her again?
"come in." she called out. expecting to see only the pink haired roommate, she was instead greeted by him casually walking into her room and plopping himself onto the floor, focused on the tv like he'd been listening whole time.
and kenjaku hopping into the room happily with a smile. "hey emiemiemi, long time no see.~" kenjaku's left hand was up, waving at the girl slowly. "can't believe you'd move in with this freak."
"shut up before i re-open that head." sukuna spat, still focused on the love island episode.
"he wishes he could touch me, get a load of this guy." kenjaku joked, pointing at the man on the floor and snickering.
noemi smiled at the little interaction, mostly because she liked kenjaku, not sukuna. but anyway.
"hiii kenny, when'd you get here? i just asked sugu about you." noemi smiled as she gave him a little side hug, their heads squishing together slightly.
"so when you greet kenjaku, you can smile, say hi, and hug him, but when greeting me when i come home you hide behind a door and wave with a little ass 'hey?'" sukuna asked, his head tilting.
"i don't know you." noemi casually responded once her and kenjaku let go of each other. now— kenjaku was messy as hell, so he just stepped back and watched their little bickering.
"at least act like we're acquaintances and not complete strangers. we literally toured this place together." sukuna sucked his teeth, side eyeing her.
"whatever. can one of you put up my led lights?" noemi frowned, scooting further into her bed. she pointed to the lights on her dresser that both kenjaku and surprisingly sukuna walked over to start setting up around the walls of her room.
