It had been two wonderful years since Aarav had come into their lives, filling their home with the sounds of laughter and joy. Twinkle and Kunj had embraced parenthood fully, their bond growing stronger every day as they balanced their roles as parents and partners.

One quiet evening, after putting Aarav to bed, Kunj found Twinkle sitting by the window, lost in thought. The moonlight bathed her face in a soft glow, making her look as beautiful as the day they met.

Kunj walked up behind her and gently wrapped his arms around her waist. "What’s on your mind?" he whispered, his breath warm against her ear.

Twinkle leaned back into him, closing her eyes. "Just thinking about how much things have changed. Aarav is growing up so fast… sometimes, I miss the days when it was just the two of us."

Kunj chuckled softly. "You miss me, huh?" He kissed the top of her head, holding her closer. "Well, I’m still here. And you know what? I miss you too."

She smiled, tilting her head up to meet his gaze. "It feels like we hardly get time for each other anymore. Between work, Aarav, and everything else…"

Kunj turned her around to face him, his hands cupping her face. "We’ll make time, Twinkle. Tonight, it’s just us."

Twinkle’s heart fluttered at the intensity in his voice. She could see the love and desire in his eyes, making her feel special, cherished, and adored. Without another word, Kunj gently lifted her into his arms, carrying her to their bedroom.

A Moment of Connection

As Kunj set Twinkle down on the bed, he leaned in and whispered, "Remember when we first got married? How we used to argue about everything, but somehow, it always brought us closer?"

Twinkle giggled, remembering their early days. "Yes! And you were so stubborn! But I loved every bit of it."

Kunj smiled, brushing a strand of hair behind her ear. "I wasn’t the only one who was stubborn. You drove me crazy, but in the best way."

They laughed, reminiscing about their playful banter, the nok-jhok that had brought so much fun into their lives. But tonight, there was no arguing. Just the quiet understanding between two people who had grown and loved each other through every challenge.

Kunj’s hands moved slowly, tracing gentle lines along her arms and waist. Twinkle shivered at his touch, the warmth between them growing as they savored each moment. Their lips met in a slow, tender kiss, filled with all the unspoken words of love and passion that had built up over time.

As they lay together, wrapped in each other’s arms, Twinkle felt a surge of happiness. This was what she had missed—their connection, the spark that had always been there, even when life got in the way.

The Morning After

The next morning, sunlight filtered through the curtains, waking Twinkle gently. She smiled as she felt Kunj’s arms still wrapped around her, holding her close. She turned to see him watching her, his expression soft and loving.

"Good morning, beautiful," he said, his voice husky from sleep.

Twinkle blushed, feeling like a newlywed all over again. "Good morning."

Kunj leaned in, pressing a soft kiss to her forehead. "Last night was perfect. We should do this more often."

Twinkle nodded, her heart full. "We will. I promise."

Just then, they heard the sound of little feet pattering down the hallway. Aarav burst into the room, climbing onto the bed between them with a huge grin on his face.

"Mama! Papa!" he squealed, nestling himself between his parents.

Kunj and Twinkle exchanged a look, both laughing softly at how quickly their intimate moment had shifted into family time. But neither of them minded—this was their life now, full of love in every form.

Kunj kissed Aarav’s head, then Twinkle’s, and whispered, "This is everything I ever wanted."
