"Hi!" Jungkook chimes from the other side of the phone. I grimace a little because of the loudness.

"Hi, Kook. You're ready?" I ask while closing my window.

"Yes, I'm ready. I'm so excited," he expresses enthusiastically.

"You act like it's our first outing." I chuckle, picking my keys from the key trey.

"But it's our first time visiting an art exhibition."

"Hm... but I'm reminding you again, I don't know any in particular about paintings."

"Don't worry. You being with me brings me happiness." I can sense his blush from here.

"Okay, then let's meet at the bus stand."

"Yeah, see you there."

I hang up the call. I grab my coat before walking out of my house as the weather of early February is very cold and windy.

Last week Jungkook asked me to come with him to an art exhibition. I never knew that he was some kind of art enthusiastic. The exhibition is held by his sister's company, so he got a ticket for me. I agreed to go there with him because I don't have anything good to do anyway. Moreover, it's hard to say no when Jungkook pleads me with his doe eyes.

"Hey," I call him when I spot him on the place that we agreed previously to meet.

"Tae." He comes fast to me and engulfs me in a tight hug. I return the hug as well.

"It's very cold, isn't it?" I ask once we break the hug.

"Yeah, but I love the snow." He giggles. His face is of pink color due to the cold weather and it suits him a lot.

"Shall we go then?"

"Yes, hyung. Let's go." He holds my arm as we start to walk. I'm sure people think that we're a couple.

I haven't said anything to Jungkook about that night, neither do I want to distance myself from him, and I don't know the exact reason. I don't know if I can ever return the feelings he has for me. Am I the selfish one to want him to be my friend even after knowing his true feelings?

We talked about what's happened last week as we weren't able to meet each other due to him being with his sister. About 20 minutes later, we arrive at the venue.

"I'm so, so happy, Tae!" He exclaims.

"Let's see what we have inside," I comment before entering the building.

Jungkook let go of my arm to pick the tickets from his pocket to show to the security man. The security man checks them and hand them over to Jungkook, who puts them back in his pocket. Then, he grabs my hand as if I'm a toddler and practically runs inside. Jeez... how excited is he for the exhibition?

I look here and there. The portraits hung on the wall show the beauty of nature. In one, a beautiful waterfall is drawn, and in another, a garden filled with flower is shown. The artists are no doubt talented. I'm awestruck.

"These are beautiful," I can't stop looking around.

"Aren't they? I was sure that you'd love it. I wanted to show you something." He takes me to another hallway.

After several minutes, we stand before a painting. In the painting, there's a tiger sitting in his all mighty self, looking directly at you like a predator that it is. He's all alone in the painting, in the middle of the jungle.

"It's so beautiful, Jungkook. Whoever made it has magic in his hand. He drew it so perfectly with every detail." If I meet the artist, I'm gonna kiss his hand for sure.
