The day had started early, filled with practice sessions that seemed to stretch on forever. As the sun began to set, the group gathered for their evening routine—a special ritual they cherished, especially with the looming end of their contract.

Tonight, Jihyo had planned a cozy night for everyone. She insisted they all gather on the rooftop of their dorm, where the city skyline painted a breathtaking backdrop.

“Grab the blankets!” Jihyo called out, her excitement infectious. “We’re going to have a picnic under the stars!”

Nayeon and Jeongyeon quickly jumped into action, each grabbing a blanket while Momo darted past, her eyes glinting with the prospect of food. “What’s for dinner?” she asked, eyes wide.

“Dahyun brought some snacks,” Jeongyeon replied, rolling her eyes affectionately at Momo’s relentless appetite. “But if you eat everything before we sit down, you won’t have any dinner left!”

“I’m just preparing for the meal!” Momo protested playfully.

Tzuyu and Sana were slower to get ready, still lost in their own world as they finished a private conversation. Tzuyu smiled down at Sana, who was rummaging through her bag for her favorite snack.

“Are you ready?” Tzuyu asked, her voice soft.

“Always,” Sana said, her eyes sparkling. She reached up and brushed her fingers against Tzuyu’s cheek. “Let’s go have some fun!”

As they made their way up to the rooftop, the rest of the members had already spread out the blankets and set up a small feast of snacks and drinks. The atmosphere was light, filled with laughter and chatter, the air buzzing with excitement.

“Alright, everyone! Grab a seat!” Jihyo instructed, and soon everyone settled in, their laughter echoing against the cityscape.

Dahyun passed around the snacks, but of course, Momo managed to snag the biggest portion. “Momo!” Dahyun chided, shaking her head, though a smile played on her lips. “You can’t eat everything before anyone else gets a chance!”

“But I’m hungry!” Momo replied, her mouth full of chips, drawing laughter from everyone.

Jeongyeon leaned over to Nayeon, whispering with a smirk, “I think Momo is secretly a bottomless pit.”

“Maybe we should keep an eye on her,” Nayeon replied, giggling. “I’d hate to lose my food to her!”

The night continued with casual conversations, sharing stories and dreams. Tzuyu and Sana found themselves on a blanket together, watching the stars as the others laughed and played games.

“You know,” Tzuyu said, glancing at Sana, “there’s something magical about nights like this.”

Sana turned her head, her gaze softening. “I agree. I wish we could freeze moments like this forever.”

“Me too,” Tzuyu replied, her voice barely above a whisper. She leaned in closer, feeling the warmth radiating from Sana. It was a comfortable silence that enveloped them, both feeling the weight of the moment.

After a while, Jihyo decided to suggest a game to lighten the mood. “How about we play a truth or dare game?”

“Sounds fun!” Chaeyoung exclaimed, clapping her hands together.

As the game progressed, it was filled with laughter and surprises. Jihyo started off with a daring question to Mina, who shyly admitted to her crush on Chaeyoung, causing an uproar of cheers from the group.

“See, I knew it!” Tzuyu said, teasingly nudging Chaeyoung.

“What? I’m not surprised!” Chaeyoung retorted, but a hint of pink dusted her cheeks.

Next was Sana’s turn, and she chose dare.

“I dare you to kiss Tzuyu!” Jeongyeon declared, a cheeky grin on her face.

Sana’s eyes widened, but Tzuyu simply smirked, leaning in. “Alright, if you insist.”

With a shared laugh and a few gasps from the others, Sana leaned in and planted a soft kiss on Tzuyu’s lips, lingering just a moment longer than necessary.

The playful energy in the air shifted, becoming warm and tender. Tzuyu’s cheeks turned pink, and the rest of the group erupted in cheers.

“Okay, okay! My turn!” Tzuyu exclaimed, trying to divert attention.

As the game continued, Nayeon turned to Jeongyeon with a mischievous grin. “Truth or dare, babe?”

“Truth,” Jeongyeon replied, her eyes narrowing playfully.

“What’s one thing you’ve always wanted to do with me?” Nayeon asked, her voice dripping with teasing curiosity.

Jeongyeon hesitated for a moment, a sly grin spreading across her face. “I want to go to a theme park with you. Just us.”

“Then let’s plan it!” Nayeon beamed, leaning closer. “I love that idea.”

As the game progressed, Tzuyu found herself lost in the laughter and camaraderie of the moment. But deep down, a sense of bittersweetness lingered.

After a few more rounds, Jihyo decided to break up the game, sensing the energy had shifted a bit. “Let’s take a moment to appreciate how far we’ve come together.”

The members nodded, the mood softening as they reflected on their journey.

“I’ll always cherish these moments,” Jihyo said, looking at each of them in turn. “No matter where life takes us, we’re forever connected.”

“I don’t want to think about that,” Momo said, her eyes wide. “We still have time!”

“We do,” Dahyun reassured her, squeezing her hand. “But it’s good to remember how special this is.”

As the night deepened, the stars twinkled above them, casting a warm glow over the rooftop. Tzuyu glanced at Sana, who looked up at the stars with awe. She reached over and took Sana’s hand in hers, intertwining their fingers.

“Can we always be like this?” Tzuyu asked quietly, her heart racing.

Sana turned to her, smiling softly. “Of course. We’ll always find our way back to each other.”

As they held hands, they could feel the warmth of the moment enveloping them. It felt safe, secure, and filled with an unspoken promise of love.

The group continued to chat and laugh, the bond between them only growing stronger. And while they knew their contract was nearing its end, tonight felt like a reminder of what they had built together—a family.

As the clock ticked on, Tzuyu leaned her head on Sana’s shoulder, feeling content. Under the vast expanse of stars, they were exactly where they were meant to be.
