Yesterday was Sebastian full first day here, we took things slowly so he could settle down and get used to the jet leg... We did some grocery shopping and we showed him around a bit just what's near our house and then pretty much relaxed in the backyard all afternoon.
Today tho he wanted to go to the beach so that our plan for the day, or better, for most of it. Both boys are still sleeping at its 10 am so I guess this morning we won't do much, but the beach will wait for us this afternoon. We're lucky cause it's basically in front of our house and not many people go to that beach. As of right now I'm making breakfast for us three. I went out and bought some brioche that is the Italian version of the French croissants. I got one with chocolate filling for Leo cause that's the only one he'll eat, for myself I got pistacchio filling and for Sebastian there's the cream one. Coffee is done and milk is out, only thing missing is the boys...
I walk upstairs and into Leo's room, as soon as I open his door a sits on the bed... "Were you awake already and just waited?" "Yeah..." he says giggling "Mhm ok...why don't you go to the bathroom, I'll wake up Sebastian and we'll meet down for breakfast ok?" "Mhmh" I watch him go to the bathroom then I pull the curtains and open his window to let the fresh air come in. Walking to Sebastian's room I gently knock on the door twice but I receive no answer, I don't hear the water running so I suppose he's still in bed. I walk in as quietly as I can and in fact he's still sleeping, snoring lightly. I gently shake him awake "Sebastian..." "Mhmh..." he rolls around and opens his eyes "Good morning sleepy head..." "Morning..." he says in a raspy sleepy voice "It's past ten and breakfast is ready..." "God I slept for so long..." "That was still probably the jet leg, take your time we'll wait for you downstairs ok?" "Thanks Alice"
After leaving his room I get in the kitchen again and see Leo already there and waiting. "You hungry amore?" (Love) "Yes! What are we gonna do today?" "Going to the beach this afternoon" "Yay!!! I can build castles with Sebastian!" "You wanna build castles with me?" "Hi Sebby!" "Good morning Leo! I'm just gonna tell you it's been so long since I've built one..." "That's ok..." "Eat your breakfast now..." I say serving it up "coffee Sebastian?" "Yes please" I give him a cup of espresso and sit down next to them at the table, also enjoying my breakfast.
For lunch we had some mixed salad, just something light and easy so we could go to the beach as soon as everything was ready. "So uhm the beach umbrella?" "It's in the garage, we'll grab it once we get out. Leonardo!" "Ci sono mamma!" (I'm ready mom!) he answers "Good, come one let's go" Leo has his own toys bag, I got the bag with the towels, drinks and snacks while Sebastian grabs the beach umbrella once we get in the garage. The walk to the beach is like 2 minutes long, there aren't many people so we choose our favorite spot, which is right in the front. Sebastian gets the umbrella up and open while I get the towels down in the sand and Leo gets undressed. "Can I go in the water?" "Wait a second amore, we'll all go together" "Ok" "What's uhm...amore?" "It means my love..." "Aaah" I smile at Sebastian and then we proceed to get undressed too. He's got cute swim trunks and let's not talk about the abs...why am I even thinking about that...anyways... We get in the water after I put Leo's floaties on him. "It's warmer than the ocean..." "You never swam in anything but the ocean?" "Nope...I like it more here...and it's been only two days but I already feel like I'm in paradise..." "Glad to hear that, we're gonna be done here a lot. You're gonna get really tanned" "I hope I don't burn myself..." "Just put sunscreen in and trust me you won't" "Right..."
We have some fun swimming around and splashing water to each other, then once we got enough we exit and while I get some grapes out Sebastian and Leo build three castles with the sand "Snack boys?" "Coming!" Sebastian shouts back, I watch him pick up Leo and running to me as my son giggles. "Grapes!" Leo says as Sebastian settles him down on his Spider-Man towel. "Here baby" "Thanks mom" Seb and I get some for ourselves and we sit in the shade as we eat it. "My mom wanted to know if it's ok for you to meet them and my sister tomorrow at dinner...it'll be something easy at their house..." "Sure, can't wait!" "Good I'll text her later" "Mhmh"

When it's time for us to leave the beach it's almost 6pm. Sebastian helps me get everything up and we make our short walk home. Once everything is put away and the things that need to be washed are in the washing machine we go shower. I first help Leo and then get one myself, finding the boys sitting on the couch reading a book when I get out. "Dinner?" "I'll help!" Sebastian smiles as he gets Leo off his legs and let him continue with his little book "Thanks!"

A/n Sorry for not posting yesterday guys but I had a family day and when I got home and wanted to write the chapter I got a massive headache...hope you like this chapter and to remedy from yesterday tomorrow I'll post another one!!! Don't forget to vote and comment🤍
