Rin's POV:

I cross my arms, tapping my foot as I watch Satoru and Archer scheming together across the room. It's bad enough that Satoru has Archer on his side, but now both of them are ganging up on me and to make things worse, Artemis is too distracted by her own ego to do anything about it.

"Hey, Archer," I snap, narrowing my eyes at my supposed Servant. "Aren't you supposed to be on my team? Or are you just Satoru's lackey now?"

Archer shrugs casually, his trademark smirk in place. "It's not like I had much of a choice. He's the one who dragged me into this whole fishing competition. Besides, I can't turn down a challenge."

Satoru, leaning against the door frame, grins as he opens a portal through his room leading straight to the Amazon River. A massive window of swirling water appears, replacing the mundane wooden door, the rushing sound of the river filling the air. "Welcome to the battlefield, everyone! Whoever catches the biggest fish wins. Magecraft, weapons, whatever you want. It's all fair game."

Shirou, standing next to Artoria, grumbles under his breath. "I can't believe I got dragged into this. Fishing of all things..."

"Don't complain, Shirou. This is your chance to show your skills," Artoria says, resolute as always, even if fishing seems a bit out of her domain.

Astolfo twirls around in his frilly dress, not really bothered by which team he's on. "Well, at least it's fun! It's not every day you get to fish in the Amazon River!"

I grit my teeth. "This is ridiculous. I'm not losing to Satoru in a fishing contest."

On my side, Artoria steps forward with determination in her eyes. "I may be a knight, but I will not let that stop me from winning. We'll show them, Rin."

Then there's Medea Caster who's more than ready to show off her ancient magecraft. "Ah, modern mages... prepare to be humbled by the wisdom of an ancient sorceress."

"Yeah, yeah," Satoru says dismissively. "But I've got Archer on my side, and we both know he can catch a fish from miles away with those arrows of his."

Archer grumbles under his breath. "Never thought I'd end up as a fisherman, of all things."

I shoot him a glare, but before I can retort, Artemis chimes in, annoyed. "Oh, please. By my name, I'm the goddess of the hunt. If I wanted, I could catch all the fish here in seconds. But of course, I'm not actually Artemis, am I?" She turns to me, smirking. "I'm just a glorified OC now, thanks to Satoru."

I can't help but mock her back. "Well, you mostly rely on spatial manipulation and shape-shifting anyway. Let's not forget all that memory manipulation and mind control you use to get what you want. What's the point of bragging about being a 'goddess of the hunt' if you just cheat your way through everything?"

Artemis narrows her eyes, her form shimmering before she turns into a massive bear. She stomps toward the portal, her deep voice rumbling. "Maybe I'll hunt this time, for real."

I smirk, crossing my arms again. "Oh, is the 'glorified OC' finally doing something for herself?"

She growls in response, and before I know it, she's wading through the Amazon, using her massive bear claws to swipe at fish. It's almost comical, but I won't give her the satisfaction of laughing.

Satoru calls out from his side of the portal. "You girls can do whatever you want. But remember, *quantity* is what matters here, not quality!"

Medea lifts her staff, smirking with confidence. "Quantity, you say? That's my specialty. I'll show you how an ancient magus can manipulate the flow of water itself."

Meanwhile, Artoria is already at the riverbank, rolling up her sleeves. "I don't need tricks or magecraft. I'll win this with sheer determination."

Archer just looks at Satoru with mild exasperation. "I never signed up to be a fisherman..."

Satoru claps him on the back. "You're already a hero of legend; think of this as adding another skill to your resume."

Archer sighs. "Let's just get this over with."

---

The race to catch the biggest fish is on, and as ridiculous as this whole competition is, there's no way I'm letting Satoru win.
