*Morgan's birthday*
Ruby's pov:
I wake up and sit up a bit. I stretch all my limbs as my memory starts to come back.
"It's Morgan birthday." I say out loud for no apparent reason.
I try to look my best because I'm throwing her a little party, with our closest friends. I get out my phone and text Morgan.

R: HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABY😚💙
MD: thank youuuu
R: I'll see you soon ok?
MD: what you're leaving me? Again?!
R: I had a surprise for you here and you couldn't see it
MD: fine I'll see you later😔
She's adorable. Anyways it's time to get ready and go pick her up.
(Time skip cuz I'm lazy)
It's time to go pick up Morgan! I got her this necklace that has her name on it.

I get in my mom's car and drive over to Morgan's apartment. Once I get there I go up to her floor and knock on her door.
She opens it, and god does she look beautiful.
"Baby, you're staring." She giggles as she says that.
"Oh- uh-. HAPPY BIRTHDAY." I give her a big hug, and push her inside.
"Baby you wanna take a photo and post it?" I ask gently.
"Yea sure."
We head to the bathroom, and I take out my phone.

"Aww we look adorable." She says as she puts her chin on my shoulder.
"We do don't we." I reply while I turn to face her.
She gives me a peck on the lips and takes my hand.
"I was told there was a surprise?"
"Yes Morgan." I say playfully as I roll my eyes, smiling. "Come on, I gotta surprise you."
She pouts and walks outside the bathroom.
"I'll reconside-"
"No no I'll be good."
I just laugh at her, and get the little box with the necklace. I hand it to her and kiss her hand.
She took the box and opened it. Her eyes widened as soon as she looked at the necklace, then she grabbed my face and kissed me.
As the kiss deepened, I remembered I had to take her to her little party.
"Mmm, baby i love this but we got a party to get to." I say as I pull back a bit.
"Okay." She says sadly.
I take her hand and walk her over to my (mom's) car. I open the door for her and kiss her cheek.
Kylie's pov:
Well Ruby decided to plan Morgan a birthday party. But I can't go. I have a horrible headache right now, and I can't sleep.
I hate being home alone 24/7. My parents must rly not love me huh? Didn't even say happy birthday to me. It's whatever. You get used to it after being neglected most your life.
I just...I wished they would care, they post on instagram just fine, but can't respond to a single text message? Yea now that's bs.
Morgan's pov:
Once we get to the place, Ruby blindfolds me, and takes me inside.
"Ok baby" Ruby pauses and kisses me cheek, "take off the blindfolds in, 3, 2, 1,"
"SURPRISE!!" They all yell, and party streamers are going everywhere.
"OH MY GOOD!" I turn to face Ruby. "Thank you." I kiss her, and the world seems to fade away.
I pull back slightly, and place my forehead on hers.
"Just wait until you turn 18."
"Mmm I'm looking doers to that." As she says that she smirks.
"HELLO!?!?? THERE'S PARTY WE NEED TO START???" Josh says and Ruby laughs.
"Yes hon let's get this party starte-" Ruby was cut off by a gunshot.
Then everything went black.
Kylie's pov:
(On the phone with Malia)
K: I'm sorry who got hurt??
MB: Morgan...
K: how's Ruby doing?
MB: she's...a mess
K: *sighs* can I do anything to help? I mean she is my best friend.
MB: Ky she knows you don't feel well.
K: that doesnt matter my best friend needs me.
MB: Ky-
I hang up. Yes I know a little rude but Ruby needs me right now.
Doctors pov:
"Karen the fuck are we gonna say? That her girlfriend is gonna die?"
"Yes that's, well. Make it, less harsh?"
"'less harsh'? Less harsh my ass."
"Well do you have any suggestions?"
Silence.
"Then shut the fuck up."
Silence.
"That's not gonna help us find out how to tell Turner the news."
"Well then let's hope Dudley is a fight then."
