Kara stayed a-float in the air, still in her homemade costume she made a few weeks ago, a concept costume she made out of the spare clothes she had, the cape being hand crafted herself, though she didn't necessarily have the right fabrics at the time, those being the Kryptonian fabrics.

She had her eyes toward the night sky, looking up at it as her hair and cape is gently dragged by the wind picking it up.

"Mom... Dad... Where ever you could be in Rao's light... If you can somehow hear me" she began speaking up to the sky, her eyes caught upon two stars that shined brighter to her. "I hope you're proud of me... And I wish you could meet the people I've met here on Earth, especially my best Earth friend" she began smiling before her smile faded, sighing as she closed her eyes.

She dreamt of Krypton, beautiful Krypton. With her parents Alura In-Ze of the House of Ze and Zor-El of the House of El, a married couple who was Kara's parents... Her birth parents.

If only they could see how far she's come... From being the scared, frightened and traumatized girl since arriving to Earth, to a sunshine, rainbows and dorky girl with a sense of humor and kindness that radiates joy.

She smiled again, reflecting back to her past endeavours, from since meeting Y/N, to spending and becoming his friend to now... She wished her birth parents could see her now... If they can at least.

"Hey, there you are!" Kara heard a voice as she opened her eyes, she turned herself round in mid-air as she looked down.

"Oh, Y/N hey" she smiled as she began descending down back to the Earth. "Didn't hear you coming, learned something to block out my super hearing now?" she joked as the boy chuckled.

"Nah" he denied. "Came out to see why you're out here, gazing at the stars without me" he spoke, sounding offended that she was doing it without him.

"Oh no, I wasn't stargazing without you. I was... Well" she got tongue tied on her words, before recovering herself. "I was just thinking of the past, reflecting on it at least" she shrugged.

"What about the past? About her times together?" he asked.

"Not just that... Of mom and dad. Of Krypton" she added, looking back up at the stars in the sky with an arm behind her back, hidden by her cape.

"Oh... Yeah. Can see you still miss Krypton and all that" he pointed out the obvious, though Kara pretty much ignored it. "Can't blame you, I still can't imagine losing a home like that" he said next, walking up beside the girl as he too looked at the stars with her.

"Well... Since you're here, wanna stargaze for a bit?" she asked after looking back at him, making the boy smile.

"Yeah! You know it's my favorite thing to do with you Supergirl" he winked.

She had to admit... The nickname he had for her, really began to make her think of using it as her alias, though she didn't want to say anything yet.

The pair sat down on the field, before laying back beside each other, their watchful gaze up at the sky as they both watched the starry sky, no clouds in sight... A perfect night for stargazing.

"I can never get tired of this, even though we're getting older now" Y/N spoke, gaining the girl's attention.

"Me too, it's always something I've done, kept me relaxed and everything" she responded, smiling a little afterwards as they continued watching the night sky for stars.

"You ever seen the Northern Lights?" Y/N then asked Kara.

"No?" she asked with a confused look. "What are Northern Lights?" she asked oblivious to what he said, which had him gasp dramatically.
