THE NEXT DAY,
the three girls arrive in Italy by plane then continue on the road with Alice behind the wheel, which Selene regrets putting in front of, it just ended in them almost crashing into a truck and the siren scolding the vampire how they all aren't immortal like her.

Alice had a new vision, of the Volturi's refusal to kill Edward. It was a relief at first, but when the vampire revealed Edward's reckless decision it all turned downhill. Selene didn't know much about the 'vampire council' as she began to call them, only that they are the oldest and most powerful coven in the line of vampires.

"He's gonna wait until noon, when the sun's at its highest." Alice revealed, much to Bella's discomfort. Selene rubbed her fingers against her temples, elbows leaning on the two seats while she sat in the middle. "God, if Edward wasn't already dead I'd kill him when we get home."

Alice simply held her smirk at the statement of the siren, not finding the right moment to laugh at jokes while their brother wants to reveal the existence of vampires to the humans. "Alice, you gotta hurry up." Bella says, "There's Volterra." Alice motions with her head.

"Wait, the Volturi are residing in the town named Volterra?" Selene asks, shaking her head slightly, "bloody hell."

Alice honks and makes her way through the crowd, finally stopping and sending Bella to find Edward under the clocktower. "What now?" Selene leans forward to Alice, who simply ignores the knocks on the window by the police men. "I'll go inside to Bella and Edward, you stay here and get these filthy humans in ridiculous clothes to back off my car."

Selene bit her bottom lip, holding in her smile as Alice left the car and she crawled over to the driver's seat. What she didn't know that the vampire left her behind in purpose. The Volturi haven't seen a siren in a very long time of their existence, Aro knew that the sirens were the only one stronger in mind-reading or control than the vampires with the same gift. He was afraid that one might be born and be even stronger than him, which he couldn't allow.

While Selene ignored the knocks, keeping her head forward, another ravishing man in all black clothes joins the two police men. "It's a beautiful sunny day, isn't it, gentlemen?" He asks, playing with the old ring on his finger, the ring that his mother gifted him when she turned him into what he is today. The police man eases with the knocking, glancing over to the new voice as he tilted his head in confusion.

"Sir, I'm going to ask you to leave." The policeman said suspiciously. The vampire took a hissy breath, finally glancing up to his eyes with a smirk. "I think i'll have to deny." He squints his eyes towards his, "Leave this car and walk away with your partner."

The policeman's pupils dilated and returned to normal as he fell into a deep-like trance. With a nod, he walked away.

Selene let out an annoyed groan after hearing another knock on glass, and furiously rolls down her window. "What?" She spats annoyingly. The man hovers over the window, glancing inside as he met her eyes and the siren knew she was in deep trouble. "uhh, arrivederci?" She says awkwardly with a nervous smile. "The Volturi asked for you." He spoke, opening the doors of the car and extending his hand down to her.

"Lo facciamo, Selene, is it?"

Selene squinted her eyes suspiciously at the man, averting her glance between his eyes and down to his hand. He wasn't a human, she could smell the death reeking out of him, so there was no way to manipulate him because she didn't know how strong he might be, or what his gift even is. So, she had no other choice...
